Thanks for the video, people from Walmart look me like I was an idiot when I told them the hose they sell doesn't fit on my car.
Waltmart Employee: "oNe Sisse cchuld fid ale"
I was at the Walmart looking for it too.
What the employee said: what you see is what we have sir
What the employee meant: bitch fuck off I don't wanna help you
I ended up buying them from eBay
I have the 16 Civic EXT my AC just went
Thanks
Excellent informative video! Hey, i just want to ask if did you drive your car for a few miles after your charged it with dye or you just let the engine run with a/c on? Thanks, and more power to your YT channel.
No it did not drive it.. looked for leaks thirty minutes after putting in dye
@@BudgetClan any update on this? Does this damage ur car if left untreated and don't use ac at all?
@@BudgetClan my dealer said they freaking had to put new freon to find the leak.... what a crock of crap!
@@26point2man yes definitely... they should have a recall on this particular section!
@@BudgetClan I called the dealer where I bought it and they just said bring it we will take care of it.
where did you buy freon
I bought the freon on ebay
If the car low on Freon. Will the AC compressor won’t engage?
Correct.. it need to have a certain amount
Oh ok. I thought it might be the ac clutch relay
What you can do is buy a hose and check your Freon levels that's the only way if to know if your Freon is low.
FIVE TIMES THE BLESSING!!!! Thanks bro! I’ll buy a hose
You're welcome let me know the update
Cool! New sub💖
Saludos
Music is too loud. Trying to see what’s going on.😖

Don’t fix it Honda dealers is fixing for free is a factory problem they will put a brand new compressor
Is there a recall? I haven't heard anything yet.
punkass johnny there isn’t a recall but they extended warranty on a/c my a/c stop working dealer change for free I bought the civic in 2016
What do you tell the dealership? I also have a 2016 Honda Civic and when I told the dealership they tried to make me pay $500 for a diagnosis
I'm not buying any more Hondas. They're not getting any business from me nor people that asked me about it. This issue has been an ongoing and there isn't a recall. I call it bs.
I just when there.. hey my a/c is no working it should not happen is a 4 year car? They just say ok still under warranty so will fix it that was l
Idk why people stay quiet. This should be a recall and not an extended warranty thing.
@@criis760 i agree !
Honda fucked up in this generation weak ass ac going out well before the 36k Miles warranty
Can you guys help me out by subscribing or liking the video I would really appreciate it I'm new to RUclips... And this can help me
mine death after almost 5 years.
check recalls.. there was so many problems with this year on the ac that they might fix it... dbl check tho.. Hope everyone is safe and well!
Honda's quality has gone down. Should have bought a Ford.
it's funny you say that because I used to hate Ford and them overcharging for shit especially with the death rattle going on with some of the F-150 model trucks. However, at least at my local Ford dealership, their customer service has definitely been 20/10 recently and I don't get the same bullshit I get from Honda's Service Center, Toyota's crappy salesmanship (they're friendly once you own a vehicle, but treat you like shit if you're just browsing), and some others I won't even bother mentioning. The Ford dealer just gave me the keys to their Shelby/Cobra Mustang GT and told me to go have fun, just bring it back in one piece before they close. No pushy salesmanship, just honest, down-to-earth, world-class customer service. The owner even came down to join us for a small Saturday BBQ in the evening to shoot the shit with us. Debating on just trading in my Civic at this point.
