A few years ago, I was dating a woman. We were dating for a little over a month. One day I popped up unexpectedly. As I was pulling up the driveway, I saw her standing outside with her sisters talking. When she recognized my car...she put her hands over her head...and ran into the house! When I got out the car, her sisters were dying laughing! I asked why she ran in the house!?! They said , " She didn't do her hair...and she didn't want you to see her looking like that!" Now...fast forward a year later, we moved in together & now this SAME chick is now walking around the house in a moo moo, & got her hair braided in cornrows...looking like a retired UFC fighter! 😂😂😂 Familiarity breeds contempt! That's just one example...I've got a million of them! Needless to say, it didn't work out! She ended up moving back to her mother's house & I ended up moving out of state for a new job. Stay on your purpose. They'll either get on board...or they'll get off!

As a man, not since highschool have i seen or ever been around men telling another man to not settle down. Women who tend to be single mothers, are women who lack nurturing, having a man around aint gonna change anything cause if he's there with her, he's a problem as well. There is a reason why most of the men in prison come from single mother households, the men run away or just stay high to deal with her!
I’m a single mother and I’m very nurturing to my son but I’m also a disciplinarian as well. There are plenty of men that come from 2 parent households that still end up in prison. I know quite a few. I’m trying my best to direct my son in a different direction. I’ve always told him to chose his friends wisely and stay away from trouble. So far he’s doing good. A lot of men lack direction or funds to get where they want to go. That’s why they end up in prison.

A contract incentiving anyone financially can break trust, leverage and submission. Happens in business, happens in marriage...so test a lady!! Where's the line when it comes to love, commitment, and a partnership? A great leader knows how to delegate and knows how to take concerns, ideas and criticism into consideration to better the family as a whole. A family should be ran like a business, everyone knows their roles, responsibilities and respect each other’s perspectives. Just bc you are the leader does not mean you are always right and has the best process to move forward that’s why you have a partner to bounce things off of or to pick up where you lack. Each person brings their skillset to the table rather it’s a tradition household or both parents out making money, coming and sharing the household needs.
