I spent 5 weeks on a ship with a Russian crew. I made a few friends but noticed they are not a people to slap you on the back like a used cars salesman and be your best buddy. They watch you and see what you're made of ,and if they like what they see they will become your friend. My mother said her dad had a saying ' A FRIEND HARD TO KNOW IS A FRIEND WORTH HAVING"

It's not that bad, you adjust pretty quick to this and with right clothing there is nothing better than winter in Russia.
Winter is the best time of the year because theres no mosquitos in the winter 😉

dude I am sure this guys show just places where 99% of people are so poor who have no gas system, many other problems like no ability to have toilet in house, trash internet connection, etc. I am sure this guys just not living there for regular basis and they are richer then 80% ruzzians, so they just come there for weekends to have fun. I notice that even by girl's clothes. If you would see at typical ruzzians in most of regions, you would see poor looking slaves of empire. Just look some interviews with ruzzian prisoners of war in Ukraine, they look so bad and poor, and most of them from the east side of ruzzia.

german and sibirian villages arent comparable haha. my parents are from sibiria and now we live in a german village, my parents always tell me stories of sibiria, their farm animals and hard climate. But they still miss home they say it used to be better even though its easier to live in Germany of course. A German village is like a small fancy town in russia

LOL. That's not their house. This is a log cabin in forest. Russians can build a cabin in forest and nobody will steal or damage anything in it. Some passers by might spend a night in it though. Hunters and fishermans often have 2 or 3 of such little "houses".

hello, thank you for the nice words. The purple dish is "herring under a fur coat" - salad. This salad may seem strange to you, but in Russia it is very popular and many people cook it at feasts. I cooked meatballs, we really liked it
