Hiking CALIFORNIA : Hedge Creek Falls To Mossbrae Falls (Waterfall Hike) | 4K

7-20-2023 (NorCal To Oregon Road Trip) : First hike of the day at Hedge Creek Falls to Mossbrae Falls near Dunsmuir, California. Hedge Creek Falls was interesting to walk behind! Followed by crossing the Sacramento river and reaching the unique Mossbrae Falls! The river was mid-calf to knee high and the rocks were slippery so be careful when crossing!
Disclaimer: Cross the river at your own risk (pay attention to the water current, etc).
Note: The video was a little jittery due to low light conditions.
Total ~1.7 miles; ~50 mins to complete.

Hm, I would say within ~10 min? Stay on the edge and be observant of your surroundings! Have fun at the falls!

Yes. However, the river may not be safe to cross year round.

Nope. We started from Hedge Creek Falls around ~6am on a weekday. There was no one else on the trail during that time.
