I am in the middle of making this. I started with 220 yards of 2 mm cotton rope from Amazon. I got to the fourth row of the open weave/ strap section and had to attach a second spool of the cotton rope. I hope this helps.
Amazing!!! I love your videos. ... the bags are beautiful. The music is very calming and great to crochet by and I like the fact there is no excess chatter. Thanks for sharing and please keep up your wonderful work.
I had to make extra rows because mine wasn't deep enough, maybe it was the tension I used idk. either way it came out beautiful. thank you for the tutorial.
Bonjour 😃👍merci beaucoup pour ce magnifique sac et pour les autres ouvrages Je vous ai découverte il y a peu de temps. J’adore la façon dont vous filmez. Pas besoin de paroles. C’est très claire. Facile à suivre. Encore merci. 👍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻☺️
Thank you for this video! The instructions say that it took 220g of 2mm soft cotton rope. I was wondering, do you know how many yards of rope does it take to make this bag? I would love to make this, but I want to make sure I have the proper amount of materials. Thank you for all that you do!
Hi again Melinda! This came back in my feed so I actually did a better search by going on Etsy and find a similar rope. Seems like 250 grams is equal to about 246 yards. Her pattern says she uses 300 grams of 2mm rope, so I would say to have enough maybe get 400 yards or so. My math is horrible but I hope this helps a little. It’s a beautiful bag for sure.
Hi, this pattern is so great I love it. I know you are probably not going to see this but I just had a question. So this is the second time I am making this bag and I wanted to make it bigger. So I did 10 round for the bottom. But now I am confused when it comes to the pattern at the top because your measurements don’t match up so I was just wondering what it would be now?
I did the same thing. The part where its supposed to round up didnt round up. try adding more layers to that part. Iam still waiting on my yarn coz I finished my rolls. lol
Oi Ana Paula, você que entende o passo a passo dela, pode me dizer sei fio é 6 ou 8 ? A agulha dela é 3 ou 3,5? E se eu posso fazer com fio barroco ou euroroma?
Hi There, Thank you for sharing the tutorial. I need help as I have 180 stitches and don’t know how to move forward. You had 132 stitches, I increased it, as I wanted a bigger bag.
Hi there, great video but can you please clarify Row 15 for me? I dont understand what stitch numbers should have the DC side by side which end up being the vertical lines on the bag.
so hear me out people. you have to make 4 handles facing each other so you have to make the spaces according to that. i made my handle dcs 3 stitches next to my corners. I have 148 stitches in total it's bigger than this size. I have 9 spaces between each handle dcs and 23 spaces in the other two sides. hope this helps
Haven’t figured it either… trying to divide up for four spaces for the two straps but I’m terrible at math. I’d be really thankful in case you had found a solution. 🎉
See what I did: row 14 you had 132 stiches. So, in row 15, you have to do that: you start with 4 chains, 1 stich, 1 chain (having 6 holes). Then, 6 stiches, 18 holes, 6 stiches, 10 holes, 6 stiches, 18 holes, 6 stiches, 4 holes.
@@gingertornado444 Thanks for mentioning the 14 - I’m going to rewatch the vid at Row15 and see if she’s counting Bars or mesh-spaces. Looks like she’s counting spaces. I’ll find out when I get there. The bottom line is: we can count total stitches, subtract 20 for the four straps and deny up what’s left….I’m hoping. 🤞
Hi I'm planning on making this for a friend add a breach bag. I just want to confirm the size is says 18 cm x 24 cms. So basically 7" x 9 1/2". Should it be 18 x 24 in inches not cms? Looks much bigger in the picture. Thanks

Hi Melinda, when I need to convert something to yards, I just go to my search engine and ask how many yards are in such and such. Hope that helps.
@@justdi3347 you can do that🙂
I tried to ask Siri but am told that yards and grams are not compatible. I’d love to know how much to have on hand as well.

If you use cotton yarn, do you just throw in the washer to clean and then air dry so it won’t shrink?
Pour le rang 16 à 30 faut il répéter comme le rang 15?
Merci.

Hi There, Thank you for sharing the tutorial. I need help as I have 180 stitches and don’t know how to move forward. You had 132 stitches, I increased it, as I wanted a bigger bag.

Hi, thank you for a beautiful pattern!.But row 15 is confusing. Do we continue 14 dc, skip 1 ch1 and 6 dc all the way till end?

@@canaldeterapiaquantica7743thank you! Finally someone solved it, tutorial in this video Row 15 completly wrong!
Hi! I strugle too... Do that: row 15 - start 4 chains - you have 6 holes, then 6 stiches, 17 holes, 6 stiches, 11 holes, 6 stiches, 17 holes, 6 stiches, 4 holes. That's looks better 😊

For row 15 you don’t indicate where to put the other 2 dc repeats for the second handle? I’m confused
Same here.. she jst confused me at row 15
I think it's another 14 bars, then same again - at least that's what I've tried! It leaves you with 14 between each of the dc chunks
I so don’t want to have to take all 15 rows apart just to redo this. Because I’m confused as to where to put the other strap too.
