This is a fan edit of an OMEGAH RED beat with an MF DOOM verse off of "It aint Nuttin' " and GZA's "The Night The Earth Cried". There is an upload by ArtOfficial with a truncated intro, better mixing and the rhythm is lined up much better. That is the one i bump
The long intro makes it soooo dope, the lyrical drag but how it still fits with the cuts of the beat...it's nasty....folks....please see the genius. This shits a masterpiece.
I personally wouldn't have suggested this track for as good as it is as others have said it's a mash up of a bunch of other songs that's why it's off beat and the verses have nothing to do with each other, DOOM tracks you should check out, all caps, raid, gazillion ear, strange ways, accordion, fine print, doomsday, rhymes like dimes, deep fried friends
That beat is from a Cambodian song from a singer who was most likely killed in the Cambodian Genocide. It's a hauntingly beautiful and sad. Kaun Komsott is the song name I believe.
I looked everywhere for this comment. I basically said the same thing. The song itself is heartbreaking it is about not seeing her kids again right? (I believe it was for a movie, or something) Pol Pot was a right piece of shit. All he managed to do is get people like me more interested in the culture, and history interested in what he was trying to erase.
@@Giganfan2k1 I believe that is what the song is about and even though I don't understand the language, the emotions conveyed in the song are practically tangible. This song led me to learn about a genocide I didn't even know existed.
What I love is when folks mention this, the off beat kind of flow. If anything, that’s where I see DOOM is the greatest. He makes it sounds so grand! DOOM really was your rappers favorite rapper. RIP 🕊
ayy, more DOOM! :D Love this song man. If you want an impeccable mashup from an amateur producer, check out the "SadeVillain" album, combining Sade and DOOM together flawlessly. Particularly Silver Spoon, Air, and Gazzillion Grand
There is another fan version with the same omegah red beat but the vocals are synced up better and there’s a Guru, DMX, Talib Kweli, and Jeru the Damaja verse added to it.
The second album of Gravedigaz. The pick the sickle and the shovel has some really interesting stuff to breakdown. That album is the one rzas verse came from and there are plenty more like it.
You should definitely check out tracks like Accordion, Meat Grinder and All caps from Madvillainy. That's That and Gazillion Ear from Born like that . Looking forward to your MF DOOM reactions.
Bro i love your perspective on this song i usually dont respect reaction channels but i respect you for this video alone glad to see someone knows more than me on what doom is sayin.
DOOM is the purest poet abstract rapper ...... he's like the Picasso, abstract jackson pollack, Bruce Lee "be like water" illest flow Rapper you will ever find..... the Godfather of this style --- it's why he's called "Your Favorite Rapper's FAVORITE rapper" ..All Hip Hop, kiD* Nice feature
YESSSSS! Heard this song after smoking all day, while going to get Bo jangles. I waited to get chicken and instead listened to the rest of this song, blown away. Glad you have found this.
If you want to venture into DOOMs alter egos (theres a lot of discography and it can be a bit overwhelming lol) you should do a reaction of Fazers by King Gheedorah (one of his alias's)
I feel like as fans we owe mr Lboyd more surface level doom as an introduction and understanding for doom as an artist, songs like accordion, deep fried friendz, hoe cakes, beef rap, rap snitch knishes, one beer, meat grinder, curls, rhinestone cowboy, ect ect. I feel like as a fanbase we try to push dooms more eclectic moments than his hit material most of us had a base of before we enjoyed the weirder poetry
He started rapping in 1988 with his brother. He took a long break in the early to mid 90's when his brother died and resumed towards the end of the 90's.
@@yoitstim5168 okie dokie. Like I said just said he got showed to me so I don't got all the info yet bro. Personally though when I heard him when I was on my own it sounded 90s esque so I guess I should ad mf to my Playlist of older rap if he been doing it since the 80s.
Others pointed out what this really is, you aren't wrong for it feeling off. This beat is so chill I sometimes just put it on loop while working on something else.
1555: A group of Africans (from present day Ghana) are brought to England by John Lok, a London merchant, to learn English so that they can act as interpreters in their homelands. They are to help the English break the monopoly that the Portuguese have over the African trade in gold, ivory and pepper
@@ray_light44 right I was talking about the composition itself...when it's all together anyone that puts it together is a percussionist.....this is what I was trying to point the lyric is an instrument....you feel me!
I heard this way differently than you. MF Dooms verse landed more on beat than RZA's, which was ALL OVER the place and not even syncing right. Please listen to "Night The Earth Cried" by Gravediggaz and you'll see what it's really supposed to sound like. Amazing track as well, you will be delighted.
MF doom is one of those adult swim introduced me to, i like the remix of this song more, but Gazzillion ear and its crazy rhyming scheme. ruclips.net/video/K6R98WmH5eI/видео.html MF DOOM - "Gazzillion Ear | Rhymes Highlighted"
It doesn't belong because it's a dodgy fan-made song. :/ Great beat but sorry you had to endure the mess. FYI the only song RZA and DOOM did is Biochemical Equation.

Na this is matched up perfect....masterpiece...just listen
It's perfect
agreed the art official version fits much better - so good took me ages to realise it wasnt even a real track even though id heard the verses before
When i heard DMX on there i was blown away how well his delivery is mixed in with the beat
@@surchipparoski9814 fuck you talking about? this shit ain't synced at all
This is a fan edit. RZA and DOOM actually have a song together called “Biochemical Equation”. It’s dope. RZA also does the beat for it
The fan doesn't have ears maybe.. it definately doesn't belong
The long intro makes it soooo dope, the lyrical drag but how it still fits with the cuts of the beat...it's nasty....folks....please see the genius. This shits a masterpiece.
meh, whole track always felt a bit off to me. beat is real good, flow is real good. but nothing fits together. Original is way better.
@@pyrox2518 the way dooms verse hit on the version of the remix was perfect, trust

FACTS
Still hopeful we'll see a "November Has Come" reaction someday. Aha. It's the best fusion of the Gorillaz sound with DOOM's buttery-smooth flow.
I see you Dig It like a spigot. 🙌
my 2nd fav MF DOOM track. 1st one Figaro already was here. RIP Mad Villain

that’s because this is an edit DOOMS verse is from a song called “it aint nuttin” its dope
Agreed. It becomes hypnotic and addictive
Thank you for blessing with a villian's track.

more MF DOOM please
Wanted you to do this one. So glad you did.
I’m so glad you reacted to this!!! This is my favorite song from MF DOOM
It’s fan edit but still fire
RZAs flow was so concrete. Kept feeling like he couldnt fit the rhyme in but always did
That's what makes his style unique, he knows how to ride a beat differently and make it smooth...and it's original
Doom/King Geedorah - THE FINE PRINT. Super dense DOOM verse that slaps front to back. Beat is really creative and unique as well.
theres a version on youtube with Jeru, guru, Talib, and DMX, that ones also synced with the beat better

im hoping he listens to "can i watch" by Viktor Vaughn ft Apani B
@@midas3309 That's a good
conversational track from vaudeville villain but the ending of the song would make him think this is kids stuff 😅.
I agree wholeheartedly
The sample is from a 60's Cambodian song. From before the war

Check out DOOMs song Benzi Box. With Danger Mouse and Cee Lo Green.

Love the Goseki Kojima inspired cover art.
That RZA verse is from a Gravediggaz track
MF DOOM 4 EVER.
MF Doom, the greatest that ever was.

More DOOM!!!
Must react to “Doomsday”
I ask this semi rhetorically, but has there ever been a song when the two(or however many) MC’s are both talking about the same thing?
One that comes to mind is mf doom rap snitches. Both mc’s are on the same topic. I’m sure there are plenty though
Check the version with Guru on it
If you want the proper version its the other Books of war with the red thumnnail.I was bummed when I saw this is the you did.
In the art of the flow melody doesn't only come the beat ...the vocals and lyrics count as an instrument as well...
The reason the rapping doesn’t flow with the beat is because it’s fan made
