Interesting thing that there are ways to escape this. kb sword carries in the first design, and if you make the second design, boat into the gateway, then simply dismount and break the block in your head and the blocks around you to escape. TRY IT.

Just a recommendation here for your next video! The escape room idea is cool, but you missed a couple notes to make it into a compelling video. First, do your intro. Explain your credentials or why you are worth the audience investing in. This could be something like "i created the toughest escape room ever. So far, 0/50 people have been able to escape it. But i found a way to make it even more difficult. Next, establish why the escape rooms exist in this server/world. This is a lame example, but... "Now, did i create the most difficult escape room ever to be made in minecraft simply because My friend stole my pet dog and i want to embarrass him in front of the internet? Maybe. Next, explain why the person would enter your escape room willingly. This would be your diamond point, and finally, explain the escape room, show it to be impossible. Usually you'd do this while collecting supplies and building it. This makes the audience wonder how its possible for anyone to escape. Now, have your friend enter with your diamond agreement, spend a bit more time on the first guy explaining everything they tried and what element blocks it, speed up the video more and more until the person who finally breaks the escape room or gets close. Spend a lot of time on them, explain how you're feeling about them possibly getting out, then comes the climax. Outro and end the video. If in a situation where your friend escapes, you can use that instead of the middle portion of other people trying to get out, and like you did go over the fix, then come back to the friend again. Either way, i think if you change your story to be a bit more linear and not random, it would help people understand/follow better. Hope anything i said helps :p
