I love the chessup videos, and i've been thinking of getting one myself, but I'm still a beginner so it may not be the right investment for me right now. Great video, keep up the good work!
one of the many fantastic things about chess is that it is cheap. Sure you *can* play on a fancy and expensive ChessUp board, but you can also have an epic battle on a 10 dollar plastic chess set against the right opponent. I think it is all about feeling your way forward in your chess journey and doing what brings you joy.
You may want to be exercise caution if you plan to use the board with an Android device. Many reviews complain about the Android app, and the rating on the Play Store is terrible.
Just checked out the description before diving into this one: I've never even attempted to play Chess in my life, but if *you* were the voice of the board's learning function?
I mean, I might doze off, but eventually, I'd definitely learn! That's an incredible opportunity, man!

Have you discovered the chess match between Oppenheimer and Albert Einstein back in 1933? I just found this out recently after watching the new movie about him, and I must say that it was a very satisfying and interesting game, it would really be great to feature such a game in a future video with the new Oppenheimer movie that is in theaters

@@tommybird8952 king f3 does not work as that square is protected by the rook on f8. It is in fact checkmate.
At the 29:20 mark The King cannot move to F3 into check by The Pawn.
33:07 if the bishop moves you just have to capture the pawn with your rook, it would be protected by your pawn.

Nice! The only thing I know of is that the darker squares are a darker green.
Hey asmr chess, i know you play alot of games with time but can you play some bullet with some extra time or 3 min blitz games
Will it just make the same moves each time you play? Like if you move say a Knight to e4 it will always counter by moving a Bishop to f5? Making every game play out the same way all the time?
