So fun! The kid in me wants this one pretty badly, lol. I just kitted up a square DAC- 'Stuffed Peppers'- which we love to cook so it's going to hang in my kitchen. Just a little concerned it will turn out like my nightmare canvas 'Betty Boop', with the horrible concaved drills and mega popping, that I struggled to complete. I purchased them at the same time early July 2021. The labels weren't separated, so it's definitely and older version of the kit. Can't wait to see you complete Sponge Bob!
I think this one will be fun. I do share your concerns - I have lots of DAC kits I purchased in 2021, and some of them I’m actively avoiding because I’m afraid the black drills are going to be a nightmare. Not that I couldn’t get replacements, but just - ugh. But this one is newer and should be fine!!
When I unbox a DAC, I check for the little holes in the packages . If they don't have them I take the sharp tweezers and stab each bag to relieve the static .
I like a clean house before vacation too, and I always change my sheets the day I leave so I can some home to a fresh bed! Looks like a fun kit, with lots of extra ABs!

As a bedside crafter, I have not been on vacation for 12 years. But I do clean up my house before hospitalisation, especially during my stay for right breast mastectomy. Take care.
I don’t usually have residue when I make my own stickers. I buy removable sticker paper that I use with my cutting machine, or I use the removable tape in my Xyron sticker maker. If I do get residue, I just use goof off to wipe it right off! Thanks for watching!

Do you have issues with getting the sticker labels off? I always have a film left on my containers. Also how do you make your labels?
