- If you have ever considered doing a BBK install, but were not sure you could pull it off, than these videos are for you! I will take you step by step from the service book, to help you get that extra bit of power only a BBK can provide. For more experienced tuners, the videos might be a bit slow, but they still have plenty of information that will save you the headache of having to take you scoot apart or find photos of a particular component. Stay tuned, lots of great stuff planned.
Thank you so much for posting this! In the process of installing a 155bbk race kit from Chris @rcscooters. So pumped! I've done 70cc on my two stroke which is a good time but this one, well, they will definitely know im there with the full carbon yoshimura on the back end! Your videos make it so much easier to visualize the process when done correctly!
No jet, this was for a Fuel Injected motor. For carb motors, it would depend on the size of the carb and the type of exhaust installed. Thank you for watching.

Hey bro what sup do you know what final gear can i use for my 05 yamaha zuma 70cc yw50 i want higher speed? Do i have to go lower teeth lower gear to get higher speed? 13-44 or 15-50?
I have only seen the K&S controller in a few photo graphs. Ask the vendor for the instructions, while I look on my end. I have never use one.
No hondabond needed for the gaskets?
Hardest thing on a big bore kit for me is installing the 60 mm stroker crank The valves N valve Springs roller rockers and that's my biggest issue!
What main jet did you fit for the BBK upgrade?
I want to know how to install the timing chain onto the gear you didn't show that part
Service book clearly shows how and once you get hands on the motor it all makes sense.

Download the service manual, then watch my videos, ask a lot of questions in the forums. I did all of this from reading the Yamaha book.
