Gege mentioned she gave birth to a half curse and Kenjaku found and experimented on her and child but never explained what happened to the child. Kenjaku taking the head of the clan's body explains why he knew of that birth, ability and history.
So Kenny got himself pregnant by the soul of his stillborn nephew and then fed their child a piece of his non absorbed nephew. His sister should never ask him to babysit again😭🙏

Man this is amazing, i didn't have high hopes going into the video but you impressed me quite a bit. Personally i'd thought of writing the flashback myself for quite a while now but never got around to it, funily enough one of the ideas we share is the concept of Tengen and Kenjaku being siblings. That aside your concept is way better and feels like something Gege would write, you've kept all the characters very close to their motivations and traits in the original story and that is quite impressive. One thing i love about this version is that Sukuna doesn't have a tragic backstory in the conventional sense, him being the way he is is EXPLAINED not JUSTIFIED. Which i feel is a trap that's very easy to fall into while writing this kind of thing.

there are some ploy holes, for example Sukuna spoke like an aristocrat and there was one culling games player (Yuta off screened his ass in Sendai) that was from beofre the Heain Era, but it was still incredibly fun
