8:27 what is the reasoning behind this scraping method? I've seen it in a few other videos of Korean bakeries making tarts, and I'm interested to see if I need to incorporate this for my baking!
this scraping method is used to be sure there are no pieces of butter left in the dough, it also helps to have something homogeneous without overworking the dough (sry for my english i'm french)
Primeiro meus respeitos para ele! Deve ficar uma delicia com essa quantidade de nozes.. independentemente ele goste de cozinhar, assim também abusaram dele! Bom teria sido... fazer as quantidades pequenas de tamanho normal... para a gente saber as quantidades, que se deveria de usar, independentemente que depois tivesse feito eles em moldes pequenos. Fora disso tampouco está escrito na descrição e tampouco na tela? Alguém poderia me dizer.. quem dos que assistimos aquí faria uma quantidade de massa gigante assim, a não ser alguém que tenha alguma loja de especificamente de reposteria? Duvido que possa! Primeiro pelo tamanho da massa, teria que ter essa batidora gigante! E essa quantidade de formas! Forno industrial! ( estaria uma semana fazendo pastel!) E segundo pelo gasto monetário que se utilizaria. Lindo trabalho dele, só que digo..tremendo abuso, faz tudo sozinho! E com certeza que pagaram uma miséria! Me desculpe... que ela é uma delicia? Sim! A wonderful method, with distinguished skill, and very surprised, why did you not mention what is the brown substance that you put after the pink salt, and even did you not write during the time counter by writing ⁉️ Is it the secret of the profession 🤔
Magnifique mais j'aurais aimée voir plus de détails sur les ingrédients car certains ingrédients ne sont pas mentionné comme le sirop de maïs comment le réalisé ou bien ou peut-on le trouvé sinon avec quoi peut-on le remplacé si on le trouve pas ensuite vous n'aviez pas mentionné le nom des poudre que vous aviez utilisé pour la garniture vieillie et pour la pâte j'aurais aimée connaître un peut plus sur cette tarte Magnifique et aussi les cercle en métal auquel vous aviez foncé vôtre pâte et aussi plus de précision sur le processus du temps entre chaque cuisson et enfin je voudrais savoir est ce que cette tarte dont j'ignore l'origine est-elle une tarte typiquement française ou coréenne Merci et bonne continuation pardon autre chose est ce que cette tarte aux noix de pecans ressemble aux tartelettes amandines sauf que je n'ai pas compris la crème que vous aviez préparer a base de miel et de sirop Merci encore et bon courage

개비쌀 것 같은데 피칸파이 크기가 3호는 돼보이고 1kg이 2.5만원 언저리인데.. 저렇게 밑바닥 꽉 차게하려면 350~400g은 들어감 거기다가 위에 꽉차게 토핑까지.. 적어도 700g은 들어갔다고 볼 수 있음 거기다 충전물 다 싼 값에 써도 재료값만 지금 저기에 만원 넘게 쓴거임 ㄷㄷ
