hello, i have a question, if most items in a questionnaire are negatively phrased, does this mean that the positive items are the ones which are reverse worded questions? thanks in advance
You certainly COULD reverse the positive items to save time. The more important consideration is the direction of the scale. If "more" or "higher" is better, you would recode the items so that higher scores reflect more of the construct. Let that guide your decisions. Good luck.
