My game still will not open up, I have tried 2 times now. When I delete the xinput it tells me i need this to run my game. And when I go and download the directx, xinput1_3 goes back into my folder and it shows the same text again.

For the people it didn't work, try using Dependency Walker, I tried so many thing to solve this. Wasted 3 whole days. Downloaded many applications and files. It was tiring, Dependency Walker solved this issue. It showed me which files were corrupted and needed replacing(it showed me in red colour) when I replaced those files the 0xc000007b error stopped showing.

I usually dont comment on videos but after going through a dozen of videos and trying everything ,including reinstalling direct x, this is the video i found my solution in. xinput_3.dll of mine was corrupted . i followed it and it worked. Thanks a lot man. I was about to uninstall the game but u saved me.
Deleting the DLL files and reinstalling direct x worked for me, thanks u so much
