Just as a heads up for others. Found solution elsewhere: DLL file was 32 bit and needed to be a 64 bit version (MSVCR100.dll) Need to find the right one and copy to where the exe runs.
I have the solution. For those who r still struggling Download xinput1_3dll(32bit) msvcp110.dll. (64bit) msvcr110.dll. (64bit) msvcp110d.dll. (64bit) After downloading copy these 4 dlls and paste in the folder where the .exe or executable of the game is. I tried literally everything and this worked. Keep in mind do not change any thing in system 32 and syswow64

Its a scam guys he literally typed an incorrect code here 3:47, then he just tried to skip it Don't do what this man is telling you guys to do, you'll just end up breaking your PC Just turn off anti-virus, Reinstall your aplication your trying to install with Administration Permission, then restart your PC & run the application again. then your done.....
hi Sir, many many thanks!! it keeping pop up message "the application was unable to start correctly 0xc000007b" one weeks ago when i run an application, i go to google and youtube search for many solution, but unable to solve, i then follow this video, on bottom left of my pc, click "Run" then key in "sfc /scannow", then wait a while it pop up message said some of the pc problems have been fixed, i again click "Run" then key in "sfc /scannow", this time it pop up message said "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations", without restart my pc and reinstall my application, I then double click the application, it works!! i spent 1 week just solved this problem, many thanks of you!!

I can't install any game I used to play before. @m4-f82 bro I ment that I had got a freshly new pc and Opened it for first time and Could not use some apps due to this, so how can a freshly new pc drive have temp files and actually my pc did not even have any junk temp files, all the things you mentioned above are not gonna fix this issue the main issue in current time is with windows 10, it's not functioning properly, It's better to switch to 11 for no issues coz windows 10 is not able to completely Update NET 4.0 TO NET 6.0 which most games and apps are demanding nowadays
go to setting select system and go to recovery option and from there select reset then 2 option will pop up select keep my files and reset (window )this fix my problem ...this videos aint gonna help u
