There is no problem in education system in India. Let these students go. They are adults and have their own chouces. I did my UG, PG, PhD from Kerala. Presently working in Skyroot Aerospace. We shirk from working hard in our homeland but will take a cleaning job in Canada and UK. I also started my career from 8000 rupees in Kerala itself.
But that cleaning job gives better payment than in kerala so basically they think that its better to do cleaning job in Canada than studying engineering and getting paid 8000
