Hmm........ could those yellow things be "yellow bell peppers" (perhaps) ...... that's the only thing that I could think of (on the spot right now) that could be looking any ways to be "yellow" up in there!
If it ain't a yellow bell pepper, then somebody tell me please; and now I wonder how that actual crab would've tasted along with the noodles too now, eh?? .....
