I've played mid bardo roughtly 20 games few months ago, somehow with positive winrate, although my jungler hated me as i barely went midlane and focused on roaming and afterwards catching the wave's exp. It's very funny :3
you can catch waves easily now with STatic shiv, since one auto can clear wave! Then, you can roam without any exp loss or enemy hitting the tower.... it's a pretty nasty build :3
@@feviknight I was thinking whether it would be possible to get Shiv + high ap item such as rabadon, rather fast with gold generating runes, so that you can onehit the whole wave + get a good poke from the shiv proc on the enemy. But get those 2 items before the laning phase is over so that you can focus on ganking 24/7 with you one shotting the wave and having high movementspeed with chimes (and maybe river speed rune thingy) so that you can play it the same way people played nunu mid.
@@fallingnao3919 the thing is, bard's laning phase is quite strong, you can just R after 6 for a kill and portal away or R defensively when enemy gank.. i wouldnt just perma roam on bard like nunu, you can actually catch enemy team mid out with your jg :D also, i went this build like this because enemy team has Zac and i wanted SUSTAIN damage.. if you go rabadons and burst items, bard only has ONE damage skill, which is Q. His W E R does NO damage, yes he has passive damage, but you only get 1-2 autos with meeps before you run out of damage. Thats why you can do much more longer form of damage with this build. If enemy team only has squishies, then Static Shiv + Night Harvester + Rabadons sounds like a great build to just pop people!
@@feviknight with that build I meant it in a different game rather than the one match you were playing, it's mostly viable against squishy targets as you can nuke huge chunk of their health with single auto whiles also oneshotting the wave with shiv proc, it basically denies enemy mid from killing you (due to constant shiv poke) but also allows you to roam without them being able to counter roam due to lack of hp. And yeah you can pair it with night harvester + lich bane and some magic pen. Bardo bonks very hard.
