You are right with using someone as a reference in getting a foundation, I actually used you as a reference when I wanted to get my Mac foundation and it matched perfectly.
Through watching your video I have worked out I'm neutral leaning cool so I mixed the neutral and cool foundations together and worked well for me thanku x

With Mac, what I understand is that NW is neutral warm, so its for cool undertones (it neutralizes/ balances out cool undertones that are red, pink etc). NC, neutral cool is for warm/golden or yellow undertones. But being neutral, I can see how you can use either 🙂

But I didn’t know until just now (because of you 😉) that I can have neutral with warm undertones. So I find that some times the foundation makes me look grayish. 🤦🏽♀️. But I will try and use some of the techniques you gave us and hopefully I will have better luck. By the way….. your makeup is gorgeous 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽.
