You said my name correctly! Thank you so much for answering my question! I know you two as very calm and chill individuals but even the most calm can get frustrated! I found it very interesting that you both felt more disappointment rather than getting frustrated! And especially on stream when you can't beat something you feel like you are letting the chat down. I can say that just watching Chugs play and figuring out a boss in Souls Borne games is enjoyable!
You two got me back into Elden Ring actually. Although I have limited my time because I can get very frustrated even though I know it is supposed to be hard. I'm glad I am giving it another shot though! Video games are supposed to be fun and challenging.
I do not know if either of you are fans of cozy games/farming games. But there is a monster taming, card based RPG mixed with farming that I am addicted to at the moment called Moonstone Island. At this point in time it is my game of the year, of course we still have the Zelda game and Star Wars: Outlaws and Avowed (my most anticipated game). But Moonstone island is a hidden gem for sure! And so much fun!

I think a game that Chugs & Uno would really enjoy is Sergeant Squidley: Space Cop.
It’s an independent, old school point & click murder mystery. It has TTRPG elements with ‘dice rolls’ and a few player stats, and has a time mechanic where actions cost time and you only have so long to solve it, but you play it over & over to learn more and be able to do different things
Thoroughly enjoying the podcast and I hope the remaining move goes well for CHUGS and that Uno gets a working steam deck soon. Some games that I've played and finished this year that I would recommend are Grime, a really good soulslike metroidvania, it has similarities to Hollow Knight in that it also has a painful path of pain. Cadence of Hyrule which is a crypt of the necrodancer game but with zelda and it's very well done. For puzzle games I finished Talos Principle but I assume Uno knows about it because it's been compared to the witness. For cozy puzzle I've been enjoying Freshly Frosted, which is a simple donut making puzzle game.
I prefer the video format to see UNO’s beautiful face 😂
Marathon was ahead of its time, it's kind of nuts. Same with the System Shock games
Lots of hardcore gamers are underestimating the casual gamer fanbase. There's tons of people who aren't heavy gamers yet follow Call Of Duty and other sports games religiously
Yeah, I have friends that only play FIFA/FC, Madden, and Call of Duty every year they get released. I personally don't get only playing those, but I'll never knock them for it
That announcement on a new Famicom Detective Club makes me hopeful that Nintendo will make a new F-Zero or Fortune Street. I'll settle for a port.
I've never been much of a rager other than as a kid because kids are nuts, but never a controller thrower. I knew that if I broke something I wouldn't be getting another one. And as an adult you realize just how expensive a good controller is, so I'm not gonna start anytime soon lol
As far as game recommendations, if you're into roguelites, specifically bullet hell twin stick ones, Enter the Dungeon is a fantastic game. I've sunk hundreds of hours across 3 platforms and I still jump in here and there when the mood strikes. Everything you come across in that game is either a gun, a bullet, or jokes about guns, and references to guns across other games and TV/movies.
If you're looking for a chill time, Little Kitty Big City and Lil Gator Game are good games to just run around in and have a bit of fun. The art styles in the game are very cute, and the dialogue in both have some good humor to them.

speaking of rom hacks.. everyone on computer needs these wrestling ones: wcw saturday night, wwf wrestlemania x 64, no mercy plus 2.1, Virtual Pro Wrestling 64 in english, Virtual Pro Wrestling 2 freem, Virtual Pro Wrestling salvo. ~ then there's feel the bang, wcw starrcade 64 which aren't easy rom hacks, you have to do more setup but it's worth it. 👍
