My son was born with a cleft pallet , these kids are are tough as nails. I've met phil twice, and 2 weeks ago was introduced to jersey Joe at the unashamed Bible study. God put together the "A team" of inspiration for my family and I. You've helped my son keep his chin up, helped me be consistent in my faith, and I can't thank you enough.

Phil is spreading the gospel like no other. I'm just a Canadian prairie girl from Saskatchewan, watching and learning from every single podcast. Phil is such a great listener. When guests come on and share something meaningful, Phil it is obvious you are listening to hear. This is the biggest gift we can give each other when someone shares something meaningful with us

So ever since 9/11 happened day or night I will glance at my phone and the time is 9:11! That has been happening to me for 22 years now! In 2008 I got married l, my wife has polysistic ovaries so we can't have children. In 2011 we brought home our firstborn from Taiwan when he was 5 months old. A couple years later we brought our second son home from South Korea when he was 3 years old. Fast forward to 2022 SURPRISE my wife gets pregnant!!! It's a boy born 2 days after Christamas. My wife had an emergency c section. The doctor holds up the baby boy and says time of birth 9:11am Dec 27th 2022. Just thought I'd share that story. God is good. Healthy baby boy. What a great podcast Jersey Joe definitely needs to be on more!!!

One of the saddest things is a fdny chief protested the truss construction on the towers. So in firefighting we have a a saying “Don’t TRUST THE TRUSSES” being they’ve killed more firefighters than anything. So the towers literally all that happen the fire softened the trusses and the mounts pulled out of the exterior columns. So over the 48/128mins. Floors were failing until the point 6-8floors had failed. Well what they don’t mention a lot. Each floor is used to take the horizontal or lateral loads. So imagine a 2” straw and a 12”straw. If you experiment. Place a finger on one end and the other end on a table. The 12” straw will only take 1/3 of the weight a 2” straw can take before it buckles and fails. So the towers were designed to have 3 story column sections. After the trusses came out you had 12 stories unsupported laterally so it responded like the 12” straw And buckled.
