Sits perfect. In the video you said you used 2” spacers and in the comments you wrote you used 1.5” spacers. Can you clarify what spacers you used. Thanks
Hermosa la camioneta, se nota que no ha tenido choque frontal., me gustaria saber que marca de pantalla tactil es y si los controles del timon operan con esta pantalla. Gracias
And where did you get your new headlight pods? I have already done LED conversion to my high beams and low beams but I'm looking to get those black headlight housings
Alright so I got the 2” leveling kit 1.5 spacers all around 265/70r17 and looks bad ass tires pop out just enough. All but the rear passenger it’s flush with the body not sure why? ...need help
@@matthewmakerov4828 This is the only leveling kit I could find for the EXT models: wwwdot tirerack dot com/suspension/Susptabl.jsp?autoMake=Chevrolet&autoModel=TrailBlazer+EXT+4wd&autoYear=2004&autoModClar= Several other vendors sell this kit. I could find plenty for the Trailblazer, but this is the only one I could find for the EXT.
To go from 245/65R17's to 265/70R17's, you only gain 2 inches in the overall tire diameter and a mere 3/4 inch in width. Splitting that difference top-to-bottom & side-to-side, they are actually *half* of that difference i.e - only 1" extra ground clearance and 3/8 inch in section width. Now, the 2" puck you used to lift the front may have given you even more ground clearance, but in my opinion - it's not worth the change in camber angle and definitely not worth the extra strain you put on the upper ball joint. The 1.5" Wheel Spacers puts an additional strain on your front hub bearings, changes your steering angles and can therefore negatively affect handling - especially at freeway speeds. I know... "To each their own" - when it comes to wanting a different stance / aggressive look. But to me (and my point) is it just doesn't seem worth the extra money, hassle and potential damage to the vehicle to install larger tires on this particular Year/Make/Model. - It's almost as if SUV engineers had no forethought to someone want to lift this vehicle - OR - Didn't want them to for potential liability / recall concerns and costs. *WHY* do I think and share these thoughts? Because I too own a 2004 Chevy Trailblazer and want bigger tires but they just wont fit on the OEM wheels / chassis. So I'm settling for another set of Toyo OPEN COUNTRY A/T 245/65R17's which are just aggressive-looking enough to please the eye - and to be honest - I've only rotated and balanced them *ONCE* in the 5 years since I purchased therm new and they rode evenly and still ride comfortably with no road-noise whatsoever.
I have BFGoodrich KO2 265/70R17 with aftermarket 17x8.5J +12 offset, 1.5" wheel spacers, 2.5" suspension lift ,flipped UCA gained about 3" ground clearance no strain on suspension that's why i went with 2.5" lift instead of 3"
Warning don't lift your trailblazer I did and broke my front akles and differential It was only a 2" 1" going to put longer bolts in And sold 1" spacer 2" was to much the axles rub on the lower a arm
