In minute 3:14 the girl add the last ingrediente and is a yellow pasta, is in the bowl next to the chillis Mrs Phan Rodighiero.

that's a ripe papaya. Tastes good as is as a normal fruit. Just take the skin and seeds off!

Garlic
Chili
Green bean
Peanut
Dry shrimp
Cherry tomato (any type is also fine)
Palm sugar (or granulated sugar substitute)
Fish sauce
Lime
Green Papaya
An addition ingredient(s) which is also very popular to enhance the flavor is fermented salted crab. Many substitute it with shrimp or crab paste. It has a slight fermented fishy smell, but makes the dish 10x more flavorful.
