Today was my sons 2 year anniversary of his death. My heart felt shattered all over again. For this message to post today such a powerful message on this day. Thank you Sadie and Mattie.
Sadie, you said you love God dreams so I thought I'd share with you the only crazy one that I have. A while back, I was having a lot of uncertainty in my relationship and my parents were also unsure about it. It was all giving me a lot of anxiety, which I already deal with very frequently. And I dreamed one night that I was talking to Jesus. It was in a weird place where I felt like I was partially awake but still asleep. I remember it was a two-way conversation, but once I woke up I didn't remember what was said. But I remember at the end of the dream I held Jesus' face in my hand. When I woke up I was miraculously anxiety free in a way that I was not used to for the whole day.
When I was 21 I loss my mother to cancer. When I was 22 I loss my father to ALS. I went to therapy but I been still struggling with my faith and why they had to died back to back like that. I still have had so much I needed them for. I got married without them their. And I cry most days over them. The question I wrestle with is why did God take my parents so soon.💔

It’s not what happened to you that determines your success in life; it is how you deal with those circumstances that determines your success in life. This story is absolutely heartbreaking but indeed, this story is truly blessing so many. *tear* Thank you for sharing this my sister in Christ. Btw, I’m in my 30s but always been an ol’ school country gal, and your Daddy, Alan, was the absolute best country concert I (and my husband) have ever been to!!!! We are in Iowa and it was at the Iowa state fair several years ago. Your family is just a beautiful God fearing family. We need more folks like y’all. ❤️❤️❤️🙏
So good! I get married in exactly two weeks and I felt this deeply. It put so much into perspective because this process can cause conflict, stress and tension. But this was beautifully done!

It’s been one month since my baby girl passed 5 hours after she was born. I needed this today. It’s like God pulled me to this video for a reason.
