For anyone looking to learn this piece, use the sustain pedal. Break up the chorus into 8 measures in common time, and reset the pedal on the first beat. For the 2nd verse, it’s easiest to just use sustain and play the leftmost note (left hand) on the first beat and then continue as normal. Again, think 4 beats per measure and play on the first beat. The most difficult part of the piece is playing the hands together. If you force the timing (play it really slowly and control when the note is played) you can control each hand independently as the placement becomes habit. You can more easily manipulate the pressure applied by each hand and resetting the sustain pedal is less arduous. The music is mostly repeated to where it will not take as much time to play the second chorus/verse once you have learned the first, despite slight changes. The bridge is kind of a combination of both, so this part is less stressful to play as well. Once you learn the first half of the song, it will take half as long to learn the rest.

How about you quit following synthesia tutorials note per note and give the song your own twist? This is what I do, I only use synthesia tutorials to speed up that process. (My note reading sucks)

This song gave me hope before I even heard it, if things get rough imagine a dragon's demons......think of the masses of demons they have been known face, the pain of loneliness knowing you are the only one of your kind here. The problems we go through are raised to biblical scales, and the dragon prevails. The dragon punches through everything because they rely on themselves to help themselves. What we go through is massive and skyrockets past the giants and God himself.......but if the dragon can do this all on its own, imagine how it could defeat all the damnations put upon it with more dragons as friends. If you are reading this and in a tight spot.....use what the dragon that prevails all on its own doesn't have, someone to talk to....find someone who cares and knows that you wilL NOT DIE TODAY OR ANY DAY OTHER DAY TO COME! If you haven't found someone yet.......you have not looked hard enough, never surrender to these pesky demons that the sole dragon has conquered and vanish by his own dwelling.

+Clover The Gamer Piano isn't hard, in fact it's one of the easiest instruments. Kids these days just don't have patience.
Mate, rookiee mistake. You might think you need huge fingers to play this, but its called jumps, its pretty easy, but takes some practice. Just play the low note with your 5th or smallest finger of your left hand and then play the rest the the middle finger and thumb. Just remember to practice this slowly, otherwise, you'll mess up the whole thing. Good luck!

By the time you're playing Piano for 7-8 years, this would be a piece if cake man. I've been playing piano for just under one year and it would be a challenge for me - but I think at 2-3 years I could probably breeze through it like a walk in the park.

Sjoerd de Boer the problem is that my left hand wants to do the exact same thing as my right hand but when I play with my left hand alone I can play almost anything.
Isaac Bright Sadly I am familiar with the problem, I always try to play it very, very slow (with two hands together) so I can practise the order of the keys. I play it on the keyboard so I record what I'm doing and listen it back sped up to check if the order is correct. And if the (sped up) recorded song sounds good, I will just repeat the process over and over again. Most of the time I need serveral days to get the order of the keys into my head, and hands. Practice makes perfect!

How exactly do you play the left hand part at1.20? because you hold down an A-flat while hitting C, D and E-flat a full octave and a half higher. Do you need giagantic hands or a really, really small keyboard?
