Yes, by the middle I was dozing off and when she said bye I woke up. It's the soothing voice and music
Tips :
1. Protect hair from cold air. (Braid it, wear a cap, silk/satin cap preferably)
2. Wash hair with WARM water. (Cold rinse after can make it look shiny)
3. Avoid using heat tools.
4. Condition your hair (use oils or hair serums, DIY masks work too)
5. Use Humidifier
6. Switch to wooden combs and brush
I have improved my hair by doing all these things: Including more and more vitaminC from orange, lemon, and kiwi, 7-8 hrs of adequate sleep everyday, have nuts such as almonds, walnuts, or peanuts in limited, you can also eat fish like salmon. Exercise at least 30 mins daily. Using natural coconut plus onion based oil, neem wood comb, massager for scalp by liitleextra coconion two times a week. This is good for hair fall control.

I'm so curious as to how she doesn't get headaches??? I have long hair too (not as long or as thick as hers is ofcourse) and I always get headaches after having it up in bun, ponytail etc.

Same! I'm going to the hairdresser today, because I can't handle when my hair gets too thick. :D I have mid-lenght hair and I'm growing it out again, but I need to thin it out. I have thick strands and a lot of them, straight hair with a slight bend :)
Maybe you have headaches because you tied your hair too much? Too severely? It is good to tie the hair, so that it is a bit loose..Also it is better to use scrunchies..they can hold the hair more easily. Hope it helps!

Yes static type hair drives me crazy too! I bought a wooden brush about a year ago because of what u said about them in one of your older videos. And it does help a little bit👍🙂

Dont do it you will regret it, if youre going to cut it just cut it below your shoulders to bypass the awkward flipping out hair stage.

@@prernaudhwani8438 so basically i just massaged my hair once a day, used coconut oil everytime before i went into the shower. I used natural haircare products and once in 2 weeks i made an apple cider vinegar hairrinse wich really improved my hair. I also used a wooden brush, never showered too hot. I also became a vegetarian but i don't know if that affected my hair in any way.. I hope i could help you and that you're gonne be successful 😉
As a guy my hair used to be very curly and frizzy I haven't shampooed in 6 months only use water from a water purify. I don't brush my hair wet and i use a TEK brush daily my hair is much more smooth and less frizzy almost basically straight with a slight wave

PLEASE NEVER EVER put essential oils in a humidifier if you have pets in your room! Even smallest amounts cause heavy intoxications by skin contact, especially with dogs and cats!

I had to get rid of my straighteners to stop all temptation of using them! As for hair dryer I haven’t used it in a few years now! I wanted to get rid of that too! But kept it for emergencies like drying something - a spillage, a piece of clothing, instead of for hair!

I wish you'd share alternative shampoos and conditioners as well considering I do not have that brand in my country and it's really frustrating to see so many RUclipsrs only referring to brands that are limited to their countries.
