I I liked the Structure 25 better when it came to stability, but it is for runners who roll their ankles (over pronate) so I am careful about recommending it. I would say the Vomero 16 over both especially if you are not overpronating. Nike has to figure out how much Zoom X foam is too much ZoomX foam.
So what you think is better for running/walking? I also looking at Pegasus Trail 4. I try in foot Structure and Trial. They both great but Trial easier to run, maybe more energy return. I ask, because I never run and doent know, what be better for long term usage.
I'd pick the Pegasus Trail 4. The Pegasus Trail 4 has React foam which has excellent rebound and is versatile (rugged) enough to use on a trail and on streets/roads. I love the Vomero 16 , I'm sure you can find them at a good discount these days, I would put this at the top but it is not as good off road. So if you're going to be road running, the Vomero would be my pick. The Structure 25 has a medial post which may take some getting used to and the foam is not as compressed as React foam so the rebound is different.
