The question is “why aren’t there consequences for a lawyer/barrister asking for the destruction of incriminating evidence?”
The professional level of some lawyers/ Barristers one wonders if the code of conduct and practices is the same as it used to be.
Who is going to enforce it? They are all chums.

What type of lawyer puts in writing the commission of a crime. I’d say Channel 7 has bozos for lawyers but that would put Lionel Hutz into disrepute
What was described is tantamount to criminal conspiracy. Conspiracy doesn't need to succeed. The mere articulated thought is enough.

Thanks for your time and have a good day. They need more than you giving them good manners, they need a good swift kick where the sun don't shine. Gee our nation needs a good clean out and clean up. I had to live my life for decades being a whistle blower, until the truth came out and it did, and then they were made to not only apologise to me and I found out to our whole nation, but make it right. In the end I had to come to an agreement with them, that they will leave me alone if I leave them alone. Which I did. But it turns out, that truth, justice, life, and reality......took over, because in the end truth, justice and life wins out everytime. But at least you have a platform where you were listened to, I didn't and had to stand up to the power in our nation and found out it was severely lacking. I also found out what I was made of, but it was not without going through the worst. You take care shane.....one words come to mind about this, mongrels, is fitting.

Your exposure of this Capilano/Stokes honey scandal somehow caught my attention many years ago. The attempted silencing of you and your courage around this and so many other examples of judicial corruption was really inspiring then and still is now. I’m so happy that the latest events continue to give more credence to everything you’ve been saying for such a long time. I hope your also able to enjoy seeing the vile methods of Stokes’ business practices been exposed to much of a previously unaware public.
