  • State Comptroller DiNapoli honored three individuals and one organization at his annual Hispanic Heritage celebration in New Rochelle, including Jose Alvarado/Westchester Board of Legislators, Maria Kercado/Labor Council for Latin American Advancement in Westchester County, New Rochelle Mayor Yadira Ramos-Herbert, and El Centro Hispano.
