We've only met briefly once but I've been thinking of you a lot, hoping you're doing okay. Grief is such a personal thing that we all go through in our own way. It sucks. I love the entire collection but I think my favorite thing in the collection is the specialty vellum/ephemeria pack. I bought this class kit because of this video…WOW IT IS AMAZING

I will just take your class to see what you're making and possibly get online to find neat ideas to use the extras of it all I'll "need" to buy. I'm both a scrapbooker and cardmaker. Lastly, but definitely not, more importantly, my heart goes out to you, Vicki. I know how important your Mom has been to you. I enjoyed her in the classes I've taken with her. My Gram has been gone 3 years now & Grandad barely 6 months. They were, in many ways, my parents. I miss them both so very much. However, they were old when they passed & I'm old too! I just want you to know I'm thinking of you during this horribly hard journey. You don't have to apologize for being emotional. There will be times it'll hit unexpectedly years later. Big hugs!! ❤

I'm among those who believe they already have a surplus of Christmas supplies and will buy your new collection anyway because it's so beautiful. I love the black that you've added in but one of my favorite things is the green paper with the ornaments on it. So pretty!!
I'm appreciating the black more and more. I had a gorgeous mantel decoration with white snow covered branches and white lights and silver ornaments and decorations on a black armoire. The lights went out but couldn't be replaced because the "snow" was stuck to the strand. Sad. It was really classy. So of course scrapbooking can and should have some black included!

I don't think I am strong enough to resist this collection! I have so much Christmas stuff it is ridiculous, but Vicki's collections are totally different than anything on the market! I love it. My favorite are the very light, subtle, cream/white elements on the paper. I also love that the journaling pack has more titles, I always struggle with the titles. I also will probably be getting two of the Alpha stickers because the font reminds me of Disney- which I craft often. You knocked it out of the park Vicki!

I SO APPRECIATE that you make an effort to coordinate the front and back of the paper when you design. For me, that’s one of the benefits of buying from a designer who actually uses their products. If I based my purchases solely on digital images, I probably would have skipped this collection because the images seemed dark and muddy. Fortunately, I have learned that watching you or Layle do an unboxing makes a HUGE difference. I try to keep an open mind until I see a walkthrough, and as expected, I absolutely love everything in this collection.
I love the 12x12 and 6x8 paper pads. They will be so great for both scrapbooking and card making! So nice to have so many options. I don’t do a whole Christmas album just a few pages in my 12x12 album for each year. I haven’t Scrapbooked for over 10 years so I am now trying to play catch up and stay current. They multiple papers in these paper pads will be so helpful. I was caretaker for my husband who had dementia until he passed in 2014! I didn’t have the heart for scraping until one of my granddaughters got married in 2021 and ask me to do her wedding album. I then found the joy in creating albums again. During the years I didn’t scrapbook I made cards and continue to make them for my family which now includes 12 great grandchildren.

You are so right about this hobby and this community. Your Where to Next weekend class helped me get out of bed after my dad passed. 💔 I have a lot of old family Christmas photos that I inherited from him and my aunt when she passed. This album would be a great way to highlight some of them.
I think my favorite papers are the white with poinsettias and the one with the ornaments! Crafting did help me tremendously after my mom passed. I just wish I had taken more pictures of her. She never wanted her picture taken and I mostly followed her wishes. Much love to you, Vicki!

The entire collection is absolutely fantastic. My personal favorite (very hard to choose mind you) is the mulberry colored paper with the white snowflakes. Stunning. I would love to make an album for my son. This year we're going back East to spend it with my husbands side of the family, who we don't get to see very often. I would also like to make something for my sister-in-law and Mother-in-law. This collection is something that they would like too.
I am so sorry to hear about your Mom’s passing. I understand and know what you are going through. I lost mine 10 years ago and at times it feels like it only yesterday. Keep busy, keep smiling but don’t forget to let yourself mourn her. If you need a shoulder know that you have a friend here in Virginia that gets it.

I love the different papers of this collection , The half circle , the Christmas tree , and the paper with the circles you can punch out , these three are my favorite ! Oh , who am I kidding ,,,,I love it all!!!!!
