Like I'm not saying youre wrong, I'm not saying I think less of you for liking it, I'm simply saying PERSONALLY it doesn't work for me. It comes off VERY self centered to me to actually be offended at someone else's choices bc they differ from yours.

I completely agree with all of these aside from the Burberry Her EDT for some reason I love it. It’s an intense green pear and it reminds me of a stronger Givenchy Irresistible. I can totally see why people would find it screechy though. The same way I feel about Angel Nova.
OMG I was SOOO excited for Vanilla 28!! When I got it, I sprayed it on my wrist and sniffed and then was like WTF? NOT what I was expecting AT ALL. And being that these perfumes (Kayali) are meant to be layered, I was thinking that it wouldn't be as complex of a scent, but I was wrong. It's not a bad scent in my opinion, just not what I was expecting. I much prefer the Utopia Vanilla Coco if I HAD to pick a Kayali scent. Perfume is very subjective and this proves that just because something is super hyped and a lot of people swear by it, doesn't mean that I will fall in love with it.
Same! My daughters got it for me for Mother’s Day and I was sooo excited because I’d heard such great things and that it was the best from Kayali. Got it Monday and smelled it and thought if this one is the best I’d hate to smell the others 🤢 If anyone owns Roses Vanille by Mancera the vanillas are spot on the same. I don’t like that one either😞
I for sure agree on the La vie est Belle. I love it on a lot of people. But smelling it from the bottle or on the skin... it seriously grosses me out. And it gives me a headache. Thanks for the video!!
Girl... same but you should layer Coco mademoiselle with bbw orange and ginger. This combo helped me get through and enjoy that perfume now I would even repurchase it
In my experience, what made me fall in love with vanilla 28 was how it transforms my other fragrances when I layer it. Especially fragrance I usually don’t like. When I layer them with vanilla 28, it makes them way better. I understand why you don’t like it. On its own its really nothing special.
@@zerozilchnada5373 If you don't end up caring for it, try exchanging it for Kayali Utopia Vanilla Coco. I know some men/women that wear that one more often for layering, especially when it's hot out!
I got Invite Only Amber yesterday and was NOT a fan. I may try layering that with the Vanilla 28 and see what happens. If it makes me like IOA then it truly is magical LOL
@@Shimmerluxe invite only is too strong and spicy for me. I cant really smell the Cherry or honey note in it. Im trying to like it but I’ll see if it worked better in cold weather.
Totally agree with you on Coco Mademoiselle, Very good girl, and Si Pasione. I did really like Si Pasione, but had the same issue with longevity. Very good girl was a bust for me, but I do like Angel Nova instead.

I love lychee! Part of it is a sentimental, cultural thing for me because I'm half-Thai and I grew up eating lychee. I love the way it's captured the most in Chloe EDP and it's one of my favorite perfumes as well as sooo many other people. Rose is my fave too because my Mama had rose bushes in the front yard and the scent from the roses would drift into the house. Both scents remind me of my childhood 😊
You hit the nail on the head regarding very good girl. It’s a shame because I wanted that red shoe soooo bad🙁….the original good girl and the supreme are both lovely, tho.
You talked about Delina. To me, Delina actually totally worth the money. The dry down is AMAZING and the amount of compliments I'm getting from this perfume is INSANE. It's my signature scent and I just couldn't find any other perfume to replace it (and believe me I'm trying because of the price). No dupes, nothing alike. I keep buying it cause I just cant live without it.
@@palomatomova9541 i know VGG and ive tried it but the longevity and sillage isnt good as delina (actually not so good at all, at least for me) also to me the smell is much more flat and sharp and simple, not as interesting and royal as delina. After hearing so much about VGG i was hoping sooo much that ive finally found a good cheaper dupe but its just not it.
I had the same reaction to vanilla 28, did not get any vanilla. Way more woodsy and earthy. I had gotten a sample though and I tired it a couple weeks later and totally different vibe. So vanilla so rich and sweet. My husband said I smelled like a vanilla cupcake. I love it now and purchased it. When I saw your first video on it I thought to myself I hope she tries it again! But now hearing you tried it multiple times 😒maybe just not for you.
Yes please do an alternative perfumes! Because I really like a perfume but there'll be 1 ingredient that I don't like or gives me a headache. For me it's freesia, perfumes with freesia give me such a headache as well as that molecule perfume that's supposed to smell different on everyone, I think it's built Juliet has a gun. So for that reason solely, I've never bought anything from Juliet because that is all I smell lol

I totally agree about Burberry Her EDT being screechy!! I tried it on in store and the opening is nice but the dry down just gave me a headache. There's just something about it and I feel it's totally different from the EDP.
Vanilla 28 is my absolute favorite perfume! Craziness! I get hella compliments every time I wear it. I’ll buy it again! I have blended this perfume with almost everything in my collection and it works so well. 🤯 It’s one of the perfumes I have that truly linger on my clothes the next day when I go to wash them. I also love the original good girl.
In my opinion jlo miami glow is overhyped, it smells too sharp to me and has laundry detergent vibes, I don't really get the tropical aspect of it that much, maybe it's a little similar to pool water? I don't hate it but I also don't really like it. And Dolce&Gabbana l'imperatrice, it smells really sour and I don't get that much watermelon from it

The 2005, first version of Miss Dior Cherie also had a popcorn note. People raved about that first version and were upset when it was reformulated. I'm curious now to smell Paco Rabanne Pure XS. It's probably not my type of scent though.

I haven't watched the video but I see Kayali on here👀. Please give Vanilla 28 another try in the winter time! Give it some time to chill at home (a few weeks) before making a decision. Kayali is a smaller house and their perfumes might be fresher so they need some time to age (macerate). I'm almost 100% sure you will change your mind based on your other likes. I totally get the other ones though.
Kayali is not considered a small fragrance house. The "Creator" is the sister of Mona Kattan of Huda Beauty and together they've built a billion dollar business. A smaller house would be someone like Michael Malul. You'd think it's a smaller house because of its layering approach in their marketing. It's meant to follow the practices of mixing scents and that's why so many of her fragrances standing alone may not be mass appealing to everyone. Fragrance is unique to every individual and that's why this playground is so much fun with never-ending options.
Would love a popular perfumes alternatives. Oh. Maybe I’ll like this one in a few years, but D&G Light Blue smells like cleaning products to me. I need more citruses with a twist you know. Like citrus perfumes done right!

I was at Macys the other day and someone handed me a sample of Carolina Herrera Very Good Girl and I wanted to gag. It smelled like one of those old perfumes that Avon put out in the 1960s. I could not believe this was passing for a department store perfume. Definitely do not get this on a blind buy.
I agree with you on Very Good Girl and Very Good Girl Glam the sourness in them disturbs me. Pure XS by Paco Rabanne and Chanel Coco Mademoiselle I love sooo much😇. Please try Guess Seductive RED and tell me what you think about. I think you'll love it. Yes, Ylang-ylang has bit of a pee smell, and it smells bit like natural yoghurt too, it's a sexy smell on skin in my opinion.
Carolina Herrera Very Good Girl smells heaven on me always got compliments when i wore it, even with face mask on people around me can still smell it and asked me what's my perfume 😅
YES. I was so excited for vanilla 28. When I got it, I tried to convince myself for 2 weeks I loved it but I just couldn’t. IT SMELLS EXACTLY LIKE AN OLD CHURCH. We have the same nose girl, I was trying to describe what it smells like and that is exactly it. Glad I’m not the only one.

Awww I'm sorry Vanilla 28 didn't work for you! I personally add it to anything that needs extra sweetness bc that's what I get from it. I was a bit put off from the opening at first but when I started to layer it with some more musky floral scents I really began to love it. Perfume is just so fascinating to me on its subjectivity 😊 Love your videos, girl!! PS I don't like LVEB either 😝
La Vie Est Belle is now old, boring and headache inducing. I wish people would stop promoting it so much as a crowd pleaser. There are so many other fragrances out there far better if you're into floral, powdery notes. Don't be shy about your preferences! It's your channel, your taste, your pleasure.❤️
La Vie Est Belle is such a nauseating scent imo, and i also do not find it to be a crowd pleaser in any way. To me it smells like old ladies & old men and dank basements.
I actually got a sample for Burberry her edt and I was really excited for it but as soon as I sprayed it on my skin I got hit with grass, some sourness and a sharp note I couldn’t place. Literally hopped in the shower and washed it off. The sharp note was so pungent I was like yuck, nope!! And took the sample to the trash outside lol!!
You were right about Very Good Girl! I smelled it the other day and almost gagged! 🤢 I also smelled the Coco Chanel one and it was way too mature. Hubby didn’t like it either. Sí Passione smells so good! It doesn’t have a rum note, but it reminded me of a cocktail. It just gave me memories of the Caribbean. I was going to purchase it, but I’m glad I didn’t if it has a problem lasting. Maybe I should get the sample first. 🤔
I don’t want to disappoint you.. but recently I blind bought seductive noir by guess.. and I was so disappointed it gave me immediately a headache.. I’ll give it a second shot this winter cause it was just too much for me in the warmer months .. love you 😘
We all have different tastes and they will change over time. I am surprised with myself lately gravitating toward fresh perfumes. For a long time, I wouldn't include many in my collection and lately, it seems that that is all I am buying.
I do like the perfumes I don't like, I think it is because you can find something to like about most things, and it is refreshing to hear someone agree with you on the parts we don't like. I happen to love heavy overbearing floral oriental fragrances, while not everyone's cup of tea I love them, I actually don't like sweet but I did pick up Stella McCartney pop based on your videos and I like it. So something for everyone even the negative becasue your negative might be my positive, sometimes you say but I don't love this becasue of the white floral but it has a sweet undertone, and I am like, I must look that up.
Try layering the kayali vanilla 28 with paco rabanne pure xs. These are 2 of my favourite and most complimented perfumes and I frequently mix them. I also love and get loads of compliments with JPG la belle le parfum. It's so interesting how we all pick up different notes in fragrances, it truly is subjective.
I know you have the og of Libre but i think you would really like Libre intense it has vanilla but not sweet vanilla its like cozy warm vanilla! Could you please review Avon perfume and body mists cuz i know you love to try affordoble brands! Idk about the other but "Attraction" lasts all day! Got the Kayali Vanilla this weekend. REGRET it! So disappointed. It doesn’t smell bad, it’s just that It does not live up to the hype. I just don’t get it. I had to spray more than usual and within a couple of minutes, gone, not a trace! I even checked and rechecked the bottle and packaging to make sure it was authentic. Everyone’s body chemistry is different so on some, maybe it’s elevated...on me, however, I honestly started to question if I had lost my sense of smell. Had to ask my husband and he could barely smell it either as soon as I sprayed it on...2 minutes later, gone! NEVER will purchase this again!

To date my worst perfume is ysl Paris ( the original) Oh my it is so strong and screechy I just can’t with it. My mum gave it to me as my brother got her the wrong perfume but oh my! I feel nauseous and headachey if I go anywhere near it. Xxx
I ordered a 10 ml of Vanilla 28 and I like it so far, I do plan to layer it with some other fragrances who knows you might do it like you did Fancy one day and end up liking it later but You’re good at layering so why don’t you layer the ones you have that aren’t working for you to get what you’re looking for I like Si Passione and didn’t have a problem with it lasting but Si Fiori was the one everyone seemed to be in love with and it wasn’t my preference and I didn’t like Burberry Her edt either Thanks for the video👍🏾🙂

GIIIIIRL! Very Good Girl I was so excited for and my fav color is red! It smelled so dirty on me (vetiver pulled weird on me) I was sad. :/ I love Vanilla 28 on my skin, its just a brown sugar cookie on me. Nonetheless, I respect your opinion. Not for everyone. I am dead at BURBERY HER EDT because when I smelled it I was like SHES THE ONE. It's everything I wanted from God is a Woman from Ariana Grande (Pear dominant). I can't stand Pink Sugar and any of the flankers I've tried! I love sweet, vanilla, candy scents but there's something in every one thats like musky to me.

Kay Ali Vanilla 28 has a Middle Eastern Scent/smell heavy Musk. Everyone may not Love it, I like it. The only thing I don't like is, it function like a Body Mist/spray. It doesn't last long at all making it not worth the price.
All of Kayali Perfumes except for Eden Apple are overhyped, smell EXTREMELY old ladyish and just not worth the money at all in my opinion. Even Eden Apple which I LOVE is way over priced for what it is- it literally smells like a few dollar Victoria Secret Body Mist, but without the longevity of VS Body Mists😒
Eden apple is the most overhyped lol all of kayali fragrances seem very underrated to me and they're not old ladyish at all I'm 19 and they have a more mature smell but not old lady

See I enjoy Very good Girl and I also like Burberry Her edt 😀😃 And Coco Mademoiselle is a love for me - its my bad Bitch fragrance. For me I cannot get down with Libre, Mugler's Alien, and absolutely ANY of the Flowerbomb. To me Flowerbomb is absolutely horrid.

Agree with vanilla 28 and did not understand why people loved it so much 😂. Hopefully will try layering it.😊 but I felt like this with Victor and rolf original- it's just sweet. The end. Even clean reserves radiant nectar was just ok to me.. kayali musk was ok nothing special

I don’t think Vanilla28 it’s worth the price, but I like it. I think the big bottle is more around $45-60 than $118

I had the same reaction to vanilla 28, did not get any vanilla. Way more woodsy and earthy. I had gotten a sample though and I tired it a couple weeks later and totally different vibe. So vanilla so rich and sweet. My husband said I smelled like a vanilla cupcake. I love it now and purchased it. When I saw your first video on it I thought to myself I hope she tries it again! But now hearing you tried it multiple times 😒maybe just not for you.
Yes please do an alternative perfumes! Because I really like a perfume but there'll be 1 ingredient that I don't like or gives me a headache. For me it's freesia, perfumes with freesia give me such a headache as well as that molecule perfume that's supposed to smell different on everyone, I think it's built Juliet has a gun. So for that reason solely, I've never bought anything from Juliet because that is all I smell lol

I totally agree about Burberry Her EDT being screechy!! I tried it on in store and the opening is nice but the dry down just gave me a headache. There's just something about it and I feel it's totally different from the EDP.

Vanilla 28 is my absolute favorite perfume! Craziness! I get hella compliments every time I wear it. I’ll buy it again! I have blended this perfume with almost everything in my collection and it works so well. 🤯 It’s one of the perfumes I have that truly linger on my clothes the next day when I go to wash them. I also love the original good girl.

In my opinion jlo miami glow is overhyped, it smells too sharp to me and has laundry detergent vibes, I don't really get the tropical aspect of it that much, maybe it's a little similar to pool water? I don't hate it but I also don't really like it. And Dolce&Gabbana l'imperatrice, it smells really sour and I don't get that much watermelon from it

The 2005, first version of Miss Dior Cherie also had a popcorn note. People raved about that first version and were upset when it was reformulated. I'm curious now to smell Paco Rabanne Pure XS. It's probably not my type of scent though.

Al Haramain Amber Oud Gold is a very nice scent. Armaf club de nuit for women is a nice scent not on me

I haven't watched the video but I see Kayali on here👀. Please give Vanilla 28 another try in the winter time! Give it some time to chill at home (a few weeks) before making a decision. Kayali is a smaller house and their perfumes might be fresher so they need some time to age (macerate). I'm almost 100% sure you will change your mind based on your other likes.

Kayali is not considered a small fragrance house. The "Creator" is the sister of Mona Kattan of Huda Beauty and together they've built a billion dollar business. A smaller house would be someone like Michael Malul. You'd think it's a smaller house because of its layering approach in their marketing. It's meant to follow the practices of mixing scents and that's why so many of her fragrances standing alone may not be mass appealing to everyone. Fragrance is unique to every individual and that's why this playground is so much fun with never-ending options.
Would love a popular perfumes alternatives. Oh. Maybe I’ll like this one in a few years, but D&G Light Blue smells like cleaning products to me. I need more citruses with a twist you know. Like citrus perfumes done right!

I will be very honest. When I bought Kayali Vanilla 28, I almost returned it because it just wasn’t it. It was too mushy and not enough sweet. I’ve had it in my collection for four months and revisited it, and it smells so good! I can’t explain it.

I was at Macys the other day and someone handed me a sample of Carolina Herrera Very Good Girl and I wanted to gag. It smelled like one of those old perfumes that Avon put out in the 1960s. I could not believe this was passing for a department store perfume. Definitely do not get this on a blind buy.

YES. I was so excited for vanilla 28. When I got it, I tried to convince myself for 2 weeks I loved it but I just couldn’t. IT SMELLS EXACTLY LIKE AN OLD CHURCH. We have the same nose girl, I was trying to describe what it smells like and that is exactly it. Glad I’m not the only one.

Awww I'm sorry Vanilla 28 didn't work for you! I personally add it to anything that needs extra sweetness bc that's what I get from it. I was a bit put off from the opening at first but when I started to layer it with some more musky floral scents I really began to love it. Perfume is just so fascinating to me on its subjectivity 😊

La Vie Est Belle is now old, boring and headache inducing. I wish people would stop promoting it so much as a crowd pleaser. I actually got a sample for Burberry her edt and I was really excited for it but as soon as I sprayed it on my skin I got hit with grass, some sourness and a sharp note I couldn’t place. Literally hopped in the shower and washed it off. The sharp note was so pungent I was like yuck, nope!! And took the sample to the trash outside lol!!

Sí Passione smells so good! It doesn’t have a rum note, but it reminded me of a cocktail. It just gave me memories of the Caribbean. I was going to purchase it, but I’m glad I didn’t if it has a problem lasting. Maybe I should get the sample first. 🤔

We all have different tastes and they will change over time. I am surprised with myself lately gravitating toward fresh perfumes. For a long time, I wouldn't include many in my collection and lately, it seems that that is all I am buying.
I do like the perfumes I don't like, I think it is because you can find something to like about most things, and it is refreshing to hear someone agree with you on the parts we don't like. I happen to love heavy overbearing floral oriental fragrances, while not everyone's cup of tea I love them, I actually don't like sweet but I did pick up Stella McCartney pop based on your videos and I like it. So something for everyone even the negative becasue your negative might be my positive, sometimes you say but I don't love this becasue of the white floral but it has a sweet undertone, and I am like, I must look that up.

Try layering the kayali vanilla 28 with paco rabanne pure xs. These are 2 of my favourite and most complimented perfumes and I frequently mix them. I also love and get loads of compliments with JPG la belle le parfum. It's so interesting how we all pick up different notes in fragrances, it truly is subjective.
Finally someone saying that Pure XS is not it !!!!! From the moment I smelled it I absolutely hated it!

Got the Kayali Vanilla this weekend. REGRET it! So disappointed. It doesn’t smell bad, it’s just that It does not live up to the hype. I just don’t get it. I had to spray more than usual and within a couple of minutes, gone, not a trace! I even checked and rechecked the bottle and packaging to make sure it was authentic.
Everyone’s body chemistry is different so on some, maybe it’s elevated...on me, however, I honestly started to question if I had lost my sense of smell. Had to ask my husband and he could barely smell it either as soon as I sprayed it on...2 minutes later, gone! NEVER will purchase this again!

To date my worst perfume is ysl Paris ( the original) Oh my it is so strong and screechy I just can’t with it. My mum gave it to me as my brother got her the wrong perfume but oh my! I feel nauseous and headachey if I go anywhere near it. Xxx
I ordered a 10 ml of Vanilla 28 and I like it so far, I do plan to layer it with some other fragrances who knows you might do it like you did Fancy one day and end up liking it later but You’re good at layering so why don’t you layer the ones you have that aren’t working for you to get what you’re looking for I like Si Passione and didn’t have a problem with it lasting but Si Fiori was the one everyone seemed to be in love with and it wasn’t my preference and I didn’t like Burberry Her edt either Thanks for the video👍🏾🙂

Good girl Glam is little sour so, I layer it with Almond Blossom lotion and spray from Bath and Body Works. The two together work very well.
GIIIIIRL! Very Good Girl I was so excited for and my fav color is red! It smelled so dirty on me (vetiver pulled weird on me) I was sad. :/ I love Vanilla 28 on my skin, its just a brown sugar cookie on me. Nonetheless, I respect your opinion. Not for everyone. I am dead at BURBERY HER EDT because when I smelled it I was like SHES THE ONE. It's everything I wanted from God is a Woman from Ariana Grande (Pear dominant). Kay Ali Vanilla 28 has a Middle Eastern Scent/smell heavy Musk. Everyone may not Love it, I like it. The only thing I don't like is, it function like a Body Mist/spray. It doesn't last long at all making it not worth the price.
All of Kayali Perfumes except for Eden Apple are overhyped, smell EXTREMELY old ladyish and just not worth the money at all in my opinion. Even Eden Apple which I LOVE is way over priced for what it is- it literally smells like a few dollar Victoria Secret Body Mist, but without the longevity of VS Body Mists😒
Eden apple is the most overhyped lol all of kayali fragrances seem very underrated to me and they're not old ladyish at all I'm 19 and they have a more mature smell but not old lady

See I enjoy Very good Girl and I also like Burberry Her edt 😀😃 And Coco Mademoiselle is a love for me - its my bad Bitch fragrance. For me I cannot get down with Libre, Mugler's Alien, and absolutely ANY of the Flowerbomb. To me Flowerbomb is absolutely horrid.

Agree with vanilla 28 and did not understand why people loved it so much 😂. Hopefully will try layering it.😊 but I felt like this with Victor and rolf original- it's just sweet. The end. Even clean reserves radiant nectar was just ok to me.. kayali musk was ok nothing special
