      I’m watching it like porn. Zack gets his elbows under that bar like no one else on RUclips. Masterfully.

      Yeah this is so helpful, he also helped almost instantly with the front rack position. Explaining how to place the bar ideally in your palms really helped. Will continue watching this great content.

      You should sign up for a meet, I bet you could double or triple Lasha's total if you're cleaning your entire room.

    Thanks for doing these vids ZT. I’m sure they don’t please the algorithm but they are of huge value to people who want to enter or progress in this sport. Maybe rename the video ‘women can’t resist this one move’ for guaranteed 10million views

    Great video, I know you had a lower back injury in the past and I am currently training with one, is there any extra advice you would give during the clean to avoid lower back injuries? i.e. should we be bracing the core when we start the clean similar to a lifters wedge before a dead lift?

    This is super helpful. Thank you! I don’t know if you’re answering questions, but if I’m struggling with the catch (I can power clean weights I can’t full clean), do I just need to keep doing it with lower weight and keep doing that contact to front squat drill?

    Is it a problem if my heels rise excessively during the full extension in the clean? It doesn’t have many consequences like jumping forwards and my balance remains steady

    • @ix_9_ix
      @ix_9_ix 11 месяцев назад

      not really. there infact lifters, faster lifters that dont really "fully extend" the ankles, think anton plez or lu
