Thanks, Ben, for all your amazing content! It's really helpful for all the creators out there. I would appreciate it if you could make a video talking about tablets and sharing with us which one you prefer. Are you an iPad pro guy or do you work exclusively on Wacom? Thanks, again.
Can u please create a video about colors. I am struggling so much. It would be so useful if you could tell us how to create better palettes and color selections.
Hi.. Have a 30 episode series i want to summarise it in one video 2 hours and half but i didn't watch the series anymore so i don't know what's the important parts to keep and what's the unwanted parts to crop.. so is there anything that can do this automatically for me ??
Nice! Do you use any settings to import the layers in order? I tried to follow your tutorial and imported a psd file with some duplicated layers in order, but in AE, the layers were out of order so I had to manually choose them to bring to the timeline. Ex: layer 1 layer 1 copy layer 1 copy 9
Hi Ben!! Really great and still easy to create technique!! Is there a way to get in contact for maybe a collaboration or something? I am into VFX and would love to integrate some if your stuff. Also wrote you on LinkedIn... keep up your work and style!! Really unique!!
Bummer that CS6 doesn't have a "freeze on last keyframe" option under Time. Basically makes this tutorial impossible on anything older than CC (and let's face it, a lot of us still havent upgraded to CC) As a CS6 user, I found the workaround to be: for the final frame of the paint brush animation, when you import it from PS, trim all the other animation frames down to a single frame EXCEPT the final frame; don't modify the length of that one AT ALL, just make sure it's at the end when you sequence all the frames. As long as you don't modify it's length, it will essentially be infinite and you can stretch the Precomp to any length you need.
"To maybe make a cool background, like all the young hip kids are doing today" ahahaha, why do I want to interpret this as a shade for kids submitting total idealess BS as NFT artwork? :D But anyways, great tutorial Ben!
really smart to draw it on frame by frame rather than messing around with unmasking in ae, thanks for this!
so good to see your tutorials again! always the best out there
Thanks so much for watching! You're comments are the best out there :)
How is it that you ALWAYS know exactly what tutorial I could use at the exact time I need it

Thank you Ben! Appreciate the video like always!
There is a Free Addon for such things called Omino snake. Makes it way simpler especially for rounded curves.

Do you have a link to the brush pack you used?

You can probably also make simillar thing in blender, if you don't own After Effects :D
Magical
great!!
This is great, but AE needs a better way to do this than hand-animating it and not having in-between frames / procedural options.

Hope you both have done something together already.... he’s the real deal Ben.. been watching your work for a while now.. really helped me..
Hello Ben, as always your tutorials are fantastic. Will the course you do in April be subtitled in Spanish?

god damn you sound different bro
NIce
aap bhi reveal kar rahe ho :/
😍😍😍😍😍👏👏🙌
it's very time-consuming. Making an N out of three lines is just ridiculous. Works way faster in PS, as a frame-by-frame animation, using masks.
