Putting aside my criticisms of the default in the mask of the area that you wanted to create the model of (OH, I forgot, it might help to define what the 3 letter acronym is in the Spatial Analyst extension tool box that you used?), like Rei Jirou said, this IS HUGE!
You can download the shapefile for the entire United States from TIGER/Line US Census Bureau: www.census.gov/geographies/mapping-files/time-series/geo/tiger-line-file.html
Hi there, I have a problem that my dots do not match up with my map. I have tried to get the location of weather stations for Chicago, do you have any help?
Please note you cannot extrapolate outside of data points ( climate stations), to address this issue, you need to have climate stations of neighboring states as well.
@@HealthGIS Shouldn't have to worry about neighboring states--should be able to create a DEM or something similar that covers just Ohio and not anything else. Why not merge the counties layer for starters and remove boundary lines? I will have a heart and at least recognize that this was all done in ARC MAP (!) so I will take a knee too but at the same time something still feels off to not be able to extrapolate from all points within a certain polygon file....
You need to have counties boundaries (I downloaded it from TIGER/Line) and knowledge of using ArcGIS. Please refer to other vids in the channel, fully explained.
Amaing ma'am, you taught me more than the teacher in my training course.
Thanks for this upload its a lifesaver 🙏🏿
This is what I was looking for. Thank you very much. Very informative video.
Thank you Dr Mollalo for very informative presentation

Great video series!!❤💯
I would be thankful if you share shapefiles which are necessary for this project , I could not find them on the net.
You can freely download the administrative boundaries shapefile from TIGER/Line.
how can i get air quality data for the whole world?

This is because you are not using a proper map projection. If you use UTM make sure to set the coordinate system for zone 16N.
Best!
thanks for your video. How you can stretch the interpolation raster to cover all the Countries_OH.shp you have? These gaps are not very nice!!
