It’s amazing that this parole board talked so harsh to the man who is a drug addict and only sold 4 pills. This is way too much time. These other men harmed young people and they spoke so nice to them and they got a slap on the wrist.
They didn't bother talking harsh to the sex offender because they knew they were never going to vote to grant. I think they all want the drug offender to succeed and they were giving him some tough love. The reality is this guy is still in denial about his issue and I don't think Mirabella especially wants to hear about somebody finding him dead in his house from a meth overdose.

The DA and legal system there, sleep at night, is beyond me. 15 years, shame on them. He can’t remember what he learnt is because it isn’t important to him. He takes no responsibility, has no remorse and no guilt. He has learnt knew tricks, in how not to get caught. He is a predator and not going to change. We needed Bonny and Roche on this one. He attacks his granddaughter, and says we had sex, like there was consent. He has learnt jack all.

I live in Oregon and all sex crimes fall under Measure 11 and has a mandatory minimum of 25 years. But Oregon is soft on drugs because all personal use amount has been decriminalized which in turn made property crimes skyrocket.@@hannahooo

I am so glad this family had the voice to speak up. A lot of times in the African American family some things are never to be spoken of or brought out. Some African American families are dealing with generational hurt and generational damages like this family here and everyone is too hurt to discuss it. It will take years of therapy, family support and talking to God for this victim as as well as the family to just scratch the surface of any healing. I’m not sure when their healing will began but I ask God to allow some type of healing and normality to this family. Throw this man under the prison and throw away the key!!!!

There is a lot of uneducated, low educated and untreated mentally challenged people in southern states. They are typically the poorest states in the nation with state governments unwilling to help their own people.

I know it’s not popular, however… there ARE judges that WILL ABSOLUTELY SAY, nope. I am by no means accepting this plea. It’s the system on ALL levels! It’s almost like they see these sick pieces of sht is job security. If we go light on sentencing, they’ll reoffend, hence we will have more cases to try later.

So many grandfathers SA their granddaughters in LA. We just know about the ones that are caught. One out four SA victims do not report. There is only one sentence in my mind that is just in these cases.
That’s mainly why Louisiana parole hearings are ordered to be public now due to the high volume of sex crimes , cold killers and let’s just be honest it’s some stuff that happens in Louisiana that just don’t happens as much in the other parts of the country , Louisiana , Oklahoma and Texas got the worst sex predators in the United States

They couldn't afford a white baby, so they went with a black baby, which was in their price range, and they never let her forget it. They didn't treat her like their child. I just commented that 15 years is actually a really long sentence for SA. This happens all the time and the plea deals are typically 1 to 3 years.

I have a completely different take on that. I think they come alive because they want to engage with these people because they want them to succeed. The parole board is in a position to offer a big carrot for people to chase to get better and get out of prison. That's what they do a lot of times with these drug offenders. Their general disengagement with a lot of the sex offender crimes in my opinion is related to the fact that the vast majority of the time they never intend to grant.

That was so heartbreaking. Heating her explain the relationship between her daughter and the family members who double as brother/uncle aunt/sister etc etc THAT was so awful. My heart hurts for this family who for generations will have to deal with what that monster did! I wish too they could extend his initial confinement time OR perhaps he should be paroled in a years time with a five year (it would be life if it was up to me) or ten year probation period with all the typical standards of counselling mg, the registration of SO, no drugs or alcohol etc etc. it’s concerning that if his term was up in two years from the time this was done wouldn’t he literally be free, with no restrictions aside from life long SO status?

Are these all parole hearings, specific for sxual predators? Or are these channels that show these hearings choosing the sxual predators to show? I'm just wondering, because it sure as heck seems like this state is beyond full of sxual predators and pedos. Either way. It is still insane to see the amount of predators there are out there. In my own experience, and from what I've learned about close friends and other family members. It seems like there is at least one predator in every other family, or at the very least, there is at least one child in a family who has been abused in such a way by someone. So, the view I had when I was younger, thinking that weirdos like these are very rare, has really changed. It's even moreso evident, after learning what I have from having a police officer for a father, a detective for an uncle, and social workers for grandparents on both sides, etc. it makes me think it's not incredibly insane to believe this prison is packed full of a majority of Sx predators, and pedos. Making the majority of these hearings full of them as well. But I am sure its just that these are specifically picked through to show on everyone's channel. Either way, still shows there are a lot more sickos than many believe. Gross.
