Da Nang - Travel Guide 2024

Da Nang is one of Vietnam's most popular and beautiful coastal cities, with plenty to see and do. With an international airport just a few minutes drive from the city centre and access to taxis via the Grab App, Da Nang is easy to get around. I would only recommend hiring a car or motorbike if you are highly experienced driving in this part of the world as driving standards on the road are not the same as in the West.
Local food in Da Nang is delicious and cheap so if you love Vietnamese dishes like Banh Mi or Pho you are in for a real treat. Western food is also readily available throughout the city but the true delight of Vietnamese food is impossible to resist.
Enjoy visiting The Marble Mountains, Lady Buddha, Dragon Bridge, My Khe Beach and much more whilst you are in Da Nang. Further afield, day trips to Hoi An and Ba Ha Hills await the intrepid traveller. Personally I thoroughly enjoyed my week in Da Nang and I wouldn't hesitate in returning sometime soon.
