Great video, very helpful. One question I still have, do I need to carry the case with me once paired to my phone. Mine disconnects once case is out of range, not sure if this is the design or an issue with my pair?

that's not normal. I'd reboot the whole thing and hard factory reset
Just got them but calls quality - whatsapp, Zoom, Normal calls is so low. Tried adjusting EQ settings as well
if music is loud and clear, but not the calls. Then it's a hardware error, you should immediately return them.
My mic isn’t connecting when making calls
