In the water-scarce village of Kikruma in Nagaland, traditional wisdom thrives. Through the indigenous Ruza farming, locals channel rainwater using intricate forest-based networks to irrigate crops, ensuring sustenance. This method not only mitigates water scarcity but also conserves biodiversity. Recognized by the government, Ruza stands as a model for rain-reliant regions, embodying sustainable resilience.

Good idea but these photos suggest that the filming was done during the rainy season [i.e. lush vegetation, mist, and still muddy water] I would appreciate your comments. Rainwater harvester Sri Lanka.
