My recent experiences in Frisco:
1.) Yesterday, my plumbers from Garland Tx told me that every houses that they visited very recently being sold!
They are very enthusiastic to Universal Studio ( Universal Studio Kids Resorts )!
2.) Frisco is gradually becomes like Bay area and LA!
This morning, I went to McDonald for 2 breakfast biscuits and there is no discount for 2 like the other 2 DFW cities! I was very disappointed and complain about no discount! She answers me this - " This is Frisco!".

When you view the fields direction from Omi PGA hotel surrounding road, the scenery is so beautiful and attractive!
The scenery and a breeze makes me have a sudden feeling that I no longer worry about any things bothering me the whole day and I was inside a painting!

Just moved to UP last year. Going to build a lot of equity with all the surrounding developments. Maybe one day I can afford something in that community.

From many yutube videos about northern Frisco and Prosper ( especially, some Prosper real estate agents ) always try to boast their communities closer to fields.
This is not a video about communities close or very close to fields.
It is inside fields communities! It is "fields" itself!
People like to boast about themselves good friends to a VIP or closer to an VIP!

@@LIVINGINDALLAS I gradually feel the bay area feeling in Frisco! I hope that a new McDonald restaurant can be built in Preston road! That store is just too congested. The waiting line will not allow customers coming to the store parking area. Yesterday, there was a customer waiting for about half an hour and still not get serviced yet!
The other thing is removing yellow flashing traffic light which is very very confusing to Frisco visitors. So many tourists will get confused by this light and create accidents!

I watched your another recent video regarding many fields communities which used to plan home price up to 2.16 millions and, recently try, changed to 2.9 millions.
In my opinion, this is an "excellent" price change to have out-of-state buyers having desire to buy houses in the fields and further investment. Today's news indicates that minimum single family home in California ( the whole state ) is closer to 1 million and $5000.
So, the new 2.9 millions home in Fields may make Californian have desire to buy a house in most fields communities ( Certainly, Preserve's home price will attract out-of-state buyers because its minimum housing price is 3.5millions ).
2.16 millions to Californian, New Yorker and foreign buyers are too too cheap!
Some foreign buyers do not even have time to see houses less than 5 millions in Bay Area
(Certainly, the second class foreign house buyers will consider houses less than 5 millions).
Fields and surrounding communities is a USA & International luxurious communities so that it should not be too cheap. ( I will say, it is a now-or-another 50 years luxurious community decision for buyers)
Frisco has many high-end communities ( some surrounding areas too ), but they are high-end ( luxurious) to DFW local and Texas local. Local buyers can buy other Frisco communities. It seems to me that 2 millions are common to most Frisco & Frisco-surrounding communities!
Don't forget this:
World PGA tours will bring international rich tourists to fields. So do international rich viewers!
The high-end Universal Kids Resort will have the same effects because it is an international high-end brand. So, fields development should not only consider Texas and DFFW rich people!
( D"F"FW really make other states people and international people feel Dallas metro being more expensive than it used to be!)

I love the house, I love the area, I used to live in Las Colinas, 20 years ago, but always in Southern California. My main concern as a "Californian", where is the Garage?? I drive a Maserati and a Mercedes AMG, where do I park it to avoid the hail storm damage?? That is what is really missing....
Normally the garage will be on the rear side of the houses. Most of the houses in Texas have garage on the rear side.

Hurricanes aren’t a problem up here and while tornadoes do sometimes hit, they are pretty rare. Nothing really to worry about!
Should "this section" of "Dallas Parkway" rename as "Dallas Sight-Seeing Parkway? One side is beautiful scene ( or possibly world PGA tourament ); the other side is a kid's paradise with water park view.
When you drive from Denver to Boulder, there is a place/small-section allowing you to park your car to the side ( a place allowing you to view the mountain scenery between Broomfield/Louisville and Boulder )!
Universal Kids Studio only allows kids with parents. This viewing area will allow all Frisco visitors, at least, view Universal KIds Resort from the top and take pictures!

This is so close to DNT and universal...traffic prone. Really pricey for Texas property rates, hail and maintaunence. Hard pass. only for cash buyers who can take on 1 M - 2.5 M property in 40 ft - 70 ft lots. With in 2 miles, you get much better ones and better lots.

I don’t get the negativity. Isn’t this every big city? I live 15 min from pretty much everything
As a student studying architecture, this is the type of city they tell us we need more of. More walkable, retail etc. within walking distance to homes, no need for cars which are harmful to the environment, more social & interactive communities. No typical strip malls and big box stores with large parking lots that create urban heat islands. Whether y’all like it or not, this is the future of neighborhoods and it’s better.
