Great to see Alex L. back on a pool table. Did not pick the easiest of opponent with which to resurface. He seems to have picked up chewing gum while
playing, a habit some players (like Nick Varner ) picked up in
America when the bans on smoking went into effect. A couple of early misses May
indicate the gum may
be a distraction.

Why do you say on alternating breaks you have to try to win your opponent's break like it's something that you don't do on winner breaks? No matter what, you need to win every game, no matter the format, always equally important.

He quit as captain of the Mosconi team but I'm sure you (as an American) don't want him to be the captain of the European team. He has only been winning since he took over from Chamat in 2020 and scored 11-3 in '20, 11-6 in '21 and 11-7 last year. He's been the most sought after pool trainer for professional pool players for more than 10 years now. So yeah I don't want him to quit but wish him all the best in his career
