Elm Hall Graduate Housing at Augusta University, Augusta, GA

Augusta University features two brand new buildings in downtown Augusta, Georgia for residential living for first year and graduate students. Oak Hall, dedicated to the first year experience, offers 412 beds within a five story building. Elm Hall, features 312 studio, one and two bedroom apartment style rooms for graduate students.
The Board of Regents teamed up with Corvias for Phase I of the USG partnership to revitalize student housing of nine of its 29 public campuses.
