    I just subscribed to your channel. Your recipe videos are truly pieces of art! I will try this recipe very soon. Do you have any trick for removing the typical "seitan/gluten" after taste?

      I'm not sure what the after-taste is, but I'm assuming it's just the basic unseasoned taste of seitan, akin to the basic unseasoned taste of tofu? I'm not sure if it's possible to remove its inherent taste, maybe mask it with higher amounts of strong flavouring ingredients like herbs spices and fermented/preserved ingredients.

      Yeap. Or some bulk stores label it as 80% gluten flour or high gluten flour

    Hey whenever I make seitan its either far too soft, or it has a chewy Eraser like consistency.

      Most likely due to the amount of hydration.
