I remember this storm because we had be rerouted through Canada to fly to Switzerland. Our original flight had a layover in D.C but that was not an option for obvious reasons!
I miss this storm me and my family were stuck inside for a while but it was so much fun

@@Tigez oh yeah I know where that is. I'm pretty sure that Fairbanks is the coldest city in the US. Then again I don't see how Duluth, Minnesota, or something like that could be getting any more snow than the heartland of Alaska is so I guess it's true

@@jessebaker5940 it has happened to me in March 2018. There was a cold wave from Siberia and the streets were full of snow. The snow that came was around 2/3 of the amount you see in this vid. I just wish it happened more often. Besides, barely anyone in London uses cars anymore so that wouldn't be much of a problem

6:12. It annoys me that some people think it's smart to shovel snow onto the street. Where do you think that snow is going to end up when the plow comes by? Right back to the side of the car to create the mountain you just shoveled. Plus, it's a slip hazard for cars too. Instead, throw the snow behind or in front of your car.
@Addyson Dixon . That too. Usually on the sidewalk or if you're parked next to a huge snow pile created by the plows that no one is going to shovel.

We had a fricken snowstorm blizzard this past winter.We had a record braking 4" of snow.We were shut down for almost a week.Because we had record breaking Temps aslo.Everything stayed Frozen. I have also seen it snow in the morning and be 70 degrees in the afternoon. Thanks for posting I enjoy the music also!

Sunny morning looks absolutely spectacular
Yeah, that was a fun one. Couldn't get my kitchen door open because by porch filled up with snow all the way to the top of the brick wall. And I had to go out my living room window to shovel out from in front of the front storm door. I went out 3 times that to shovel (an hour at a time) just to do the sidewalks and the porches. Then spent another day (again 3 trips out) to dig our my car and the street out to the center. We didn't get a snow plow on or street until the third day when most of the snow had either been removed from the street by homeowner's and renters or because it melted from the sun. It was a fun time for all. And there is something to be said for being retired. I have all the time in the world to get it done on my time schedule.
Im from az,had never experienced nothing like it in my whole life i was in goodhue MN, what a memorable time in my life, it's been 3 years and I can just close my eyes and go back,,at this moment im in az temperature is 72 degrees, at 10:26 PM in 5/18/ 10..i also was in another blizzard on April of 2018 got to see 27inches in oakdale Minnesota,

Just thinking of all this snow 2 years later and praying it doesn't happen again. I loved the smiley face in the snow but was bummed to not see the couple take their tarps off the cars...and see them go from there.

I miss living in Maryland
In Michigan, they can issue a ticket if you throw snow in the roadway. Then again, that would be called a typical snow event here in Northern Michigan. Our problem is we get lake effect snow and it can go for days with snow squalls in between brief periods of sun. One hour is sunny, the next its snowing so hard, you cannot see. They seldom cancel school eather. Usually it has to be an ice event, not snow.

This is one big reason I hate having to park in the street. The plow just doing its job makes it way harder on the back digging your car out when storm is over. If I could I’d wait till snow melts 😳

Why don’t they put covers on their cars overnight and then in the morning you pull it off, it’s easier than any other method of getting the snow off. In hot countries we sometimes do that during the day so the interior and steering wheel mostly, doesn’t get too hot.

The locks on my windows are engaged when pointing to the left. These look unlocked but I'm guessing all windows come with locks.

Georgia Smith yeah , I wouldn’t wanna be a neighbor of this dude , only to find my daily activity going in and our carpeted and plastered on RUclips for all to see .. something weird about that to me. I get that the objective is to just show the snow but what about those folks who do not prefer to have their every move on Video , just being plastered online ? Isn’t there a point where ppl have gone to far with the technology and doesn’t it come to a point at least , where ppl need to stop having to run and grab their little phone anytime they can , just so they can stand by and record every little detail of others for the sake of this need ppl have to put everything on social media that they can , just fire the sake of views , “ likes “ and attention on the internet at often , other people’s expense ? It’s not so much a big deal in this video compared to the many random vids out there where instead of anyone ever doing a dang thing to help or do what’s right , they have to plaster crap online for whatever reason just for attention or laughs or whatever , such as fights or any disturbing situation or meddling into other ppls business just to capture crap and put it on social media ? I mean really ... ppl are so quick to whip out a camera rather than do anything decent in certain situations these days. This isn’t exactly as bad as some things out there but still the same principle of it. Ppl overly get fixated on turning everything into some crap they can put on social media . While it’s somewhat cool to watch the effects and what not , they Couldbe angled their cameras in a diff. Direction and bn mindful of the privacy of others.
