18, 90 and 100 were added at the same time, they just didn't add the materials to get 100 until now (it's a long term goal for each character, not something you can get immediately like the other levels)
Wait I’m confused… you said Diona was the first chara to buff skill damage, but didn’t OG supporter Lydie do that as well? Or do you mean power is different from “damage”? The amount is way higher regardless though.
I'm almost sold with diona (she's pretty aaa). However, that skill 2 is kinda sus. debuff is fine, but 1 turn on buffing is still kinda not it to me. I'll stay with Miewke and wait for diona's actual performance.
diona is mostly a tournament char tbh, since there's not many reasons to pull her just for s2 until we get a more meta slash attacker. 1 turn buffs are standard though there's not much you can do about that, that's the reason faster chars like slash val and johana just aren't that strong in this game anymore

are you able to read japanese? I could probably play the game on JP to an extent now, knowing what I know from playing global but I can't read the kanji

Skill Power is different than Damage, yes. They're separate multipliers
So JP is already on Chapter 19 huh
