- Crown Princess Mary and Crown Prince Frederik along with their twins Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine host a small press seance to mark the first day of school for the siblings.
Little Vincent trying hard to hold back tears. I think Josephine overshadows him a great deal.

They seem more down to earth then the British royal family!
They are not regimented By protocol As in England. The Royal Palace is more compact The buildings in a Square With parts lived in by Family and offices So much easier to guard . Well Designed in the 17 century In fact Kensington Palace is the only construction made for a royal Family It Was Charlotte Queen of George the third who had it built so the children could live in the country . away from the insalubre city
And also they don't get hassled like the British royals do. They can walk down the steet and the public will not borther them .. the public will stop any press

Diana caused such a stir because she proved one could be every inch royal and loosen things up considerably. British Royals want more distance and always have from the people. Danish RF have never been afraid to show familial affection. They are every bit the “rock stars” the Windsors are - they just have a more close family style.

I like royal families that are close to the people. Denmark, Netherlands etc are a few examples. Static and protocol doesn't do it for me. British royals are museum pieces. Nout to be excited about :)

Somber, handsome Prince Vincent is playing this unknown school thing close to his vest. Danish schools put a premium on happy students. In a few days the boy will be revelling in new friends and days filled with sports and other fun activities. And, of course, some maths. Can't be helped, young prince.

Que ce soit les parents comme les enfants ils répondent simplement c est une monarchie comme ils devraient en avoir plus dans le monde . J ai découvert la monarchie danoise récemment a travers des vidéos et sincèrement moi qui ne suis pas passionné par < les grands du monde si on peut dire > cette famille m a plu par leur simplicité et leur manière d agir avec son peuple et surtout leurs rapports naturels avec leurs enfants.
