Hmm..that second aparthment hidden loft should use a secrets cosy corner, when you needed escape from everything happens outside your home... put up many shelf and a lot of book's or movie, put up some colour light and cosy soft sofa/futon or maybe a lot of pillows🤗.. And just sitting there and dream away for a moment or more, and reloaded your energy... We need that because everything around the world is so damn crazy now..🫣..

1軒目、カウンターテーブルの位置は好き。でも仕事で使うなら、手書きするときに下敷きが要りますね💦洗濯機置き場の位置は好みではありません。そこに冷蔵庫の方がいい。キッチン背後の棚は◎チビなので、ウォールキャビネットは踏み台必須なのです。ロフトにエアコンが無いのは×
2軒目は玄関ドアがガラスなのがまずNG。キッチン背後のクローゼットは「ここかよ！」と思いましたが、3Fにも大容量なのがあったので、ここはパントリーとして使えそう。シンクが大きいのも個人的に◎ベッドルームに仕切りなしで洗面台があるのは微妙かな？

どちらも玄関からの階段の先にドアが付いてるのは有難いですが、1部屋目は水回りに収納が無いのが残念ですね。カウンターにサーキュレーター置けばロフトには風を送れそう。2部屋目は脱衣場が無いから風呂場前に防水シート敷いてからマットを置かないとフローリング痛めそう。洗面台もね。そして窓が多すぎるかな。
一人暮らしの家にそんなに窓は沢山いらん😢
