This looks like a massive improvement from the very first Amazing Yamaguchi Revoltech Spider Man. The stylized proportioning flows a lot better, looks a lot more natural and can pull off neutral poses just as excellently as dynamic poses

Looking Amazing
This may be one of the best articulating figures out there.
I can just tell this figures going to be in my top 10
I know is stylized so for some it might not work the same way, but man, to me this is better than the mafex and I got both the original and the new one with the light blue. Look at the texture in the suit, is not that movie texture that makes the fires look like they are covered in jewels, if anything, maybe the red is a bit too glossy, maybe I'll spray mine with a matte coat while covering the blues to make it more even.
Nah man facts this is about to dethrone the mafex for me
@@Saiyan1229 yeah to mee mafex, while very good, is a bit skinny. This spidey feels strong!
@@Saiyan1229 The Mafex is overrated and the mould is overused and over 5 years old. But if we're talking any source, not just comics, the Sentinel Peter B. is the greatest 1/12 Spidey. Perfect mix of looks, articulation and quality.

I am very disappointed with the box art change. It went from crazy comic book action, which fit the line perfectly, to generic corporate design. :/

Personally I don't mind the box art...
I actually kinda like it. It looks a bit classier like how Figma does their boxes.

Very good review . But does he have the stand problem the superman had where the stand could not hold the figure and kept falling and when you put him in flying pose on the stand it breaks
I have the first one. This one still looks great.
Finally someone who knows how to pose him 🤣 everyone else just treats it like a marvel legends instead of acknowledging it’s a revoltech figure

Do the webs and emblem glow in the dark?
They where slightly green in the promos photos.
They were painted with luminescent paint which will glow under a black light.

I really enjoy revoltech articulation but they are too segmented especially that ugly shoulder design.
Those unnecessarily jutting knee parts as well.
I love the figure i’m being picky but i hate seeing those large red joints in the shoulders otherwise flawless figure imo. Maybe a tad over engineered but it’s still a winner 😊
just got mine! nope the effects, eyes, nor the spider logo glow in the dark. it just responds to uv light. try it

Revoltech really outdone themselves this time, not only proportionally aesthetic, it poses incredibly well, and is still the main feature. While SHF won the movie Spiderman figures, revoltech takes the spot as the best comic book Spiderman, maybe of all time considering this the MK IV armour suit not classic.
I loved mine! Worth every penny but get him straight from Japan, he's cheaper.

I still hate that butterfly joints design, it do works for some characters like ironman but not for this spiderman
At least, it’s not as bad as their Joker figure.
