After going through chemo myself two years ago I felt like it just took so much out of me. I ended up at 37 getting my first round of fillers and Botox and was done by a doctor and conservatively and I couldn’t be happier. You look absolutely gorgeous and thank you for sharing ❤

I took a low-dose chemo for about 8 years for autoimmune disease, so I totally understand how you feel about it affecting your skin! Plus, my mouth corners turn down naturally, and now, at 39, it's really starting to bum me out. I decided to see a plastic surgery about Botox, and after 3 sessions of it now, I'm hooked. I get very little (about 50-55 units), including the bits he puts under my mouth to stop my mouth from drooping. I always tell my friends to go to a plastic surgeon because they know how the muscles in your face work, and when you're going to freeze those muscles for the next few months, you want it done right!
You look wonderful, and I'm happy you're feeling better about yourself! It's certainly a privilege when we get to make these slight improvements for ourselves, and that's never, ever lost on me. But feeling good about your appearance after a long illness is important and, sometimes, priceless ♥

I see a nurse practitioner who has been doing it for almost 20 years. Really appreciate the transparency. It's so nice having you back on YT 💜

Nutrition is the only way to bring your skin back. You can not regenerate cellular growth dumping chemicals into and onto your body and not eating living food. If you're not fighting disease, you're feeding it. I sincerely hope you can bring yourself to this level of reasoning.

As a “regular girl” I had never considered the possibility of one day getting injected as I always associated botched and overly done faces to the procedure.. but good work in unnoticed!

We are all decaying and dying in the physical realm. That is why the skin gets looser. One day closer to death every day, whether you’ve gone through chemo or not. We are all dying and there’s a lot more loss of physical beauty to come. It comes faster and faster all the time; don’t let it make you sad. Invest in the eternal.

@@90sHONEY On the contrary, it is gloomy only if you’re focused on the physical. That’s the dying part that gets uglier by the day and we have absolutely no power to slow it down or make it stop. That does not make me sad at all, and to those who are saddened by it, consider that God wants you to be aware of your upcoming physical death for a reason- and that reason is not so that you will try to look pretty as you die. :) Get serious about what it means.

Looking absolutely fabulous, love seeing small and subtle tweaks done well 😀
I rarely comment on videos but I must mention, as an Aesthetics Practitioner myself, I hate the whole ‘go to a doctor’ comment.
I administer dermal fillers and toxins to medical professionals on a daily basis and they’re the first to admit they have no formal or in depth training on the facial anatomy as standard. I’ve been in training courses with doctors and nurses, we all receive the same training.
Yes it’s a bonus that some of them go on to do their prescribers course and can prescribe for themselves, but many don’t. Any reputable Aesthetics Practitioner works with clinical oversight at all times, which allows us access to emergency items such as Hyaluronidase to dissolve dermal filler if needs be.
I’ve worked hard for 8 years in this industry, invested over 40k and a hell of a lot of blood/sweat/tears. So please forgive me for my rant, but it’s such a common misconception that you can only go to doctors for these treatments. However I agree that people need to do their research to ensure they’re in safe hands.

I am chemo nurse (you helped my daughter learn to contour a moon face on steroids ❤). Depending on the chemo regimen, a person can see a lot of changes. Many patients of mine have said their hair grew back curly when it was straight before. You can see nail and skin changes, bowel changes, vision changes, etc. The patients I see that have MS (I live in a very cloudy, rainy state and many people get it up here-I think it may be linked to sunlight and genes but that’s my own theory) get Rituxan or Ocrevus. If you don’t mind me asking, are you on maintenance therapy now?

I know you will probably never see this but after listening to you I think it is the chemo that is causing the skin on the face to hang. I had over ten years of IV Cytoxan & 7 years of oral chemo staring at 23 (which also caused premature menopause in my mid 20’s which I could not take HRT because of blood clots & past strokes). I’ve been off of chemo drugs (because my neutrophils stopped bouncing back) for around 10 years. In my mid 30’s I noticed my mounts started to look downturned & in the last few months it looks so much worse… I have a permanent frown!! Plus my brows have fallen dramatically too. My mother is in her 70’s & doesn’t have a downturned mouth nor have her brows dropped & no one in my family has this issue . Even the skin on my body has been hanging .. I first started noticing around 15 or so years ago & when I lost some muscle (my body stopped absorbing protein) it only made it look worse.
Anyway after listening to you I totally think this is all a side effect of the chemo!! Sadly its one side effect they don’t tell you about. I guess I can’t complain, they didn’t expect me to make it to 30 & now I’m in my mid 40’s but it’s really hard when you look in the mirror & can’t stand the way your skin looks. We are blessed to be alive but we still want to look as good as possible or at least feel we look presentable. I’m very glad you seem to be doing well, best wishes to you and your family!!!! ❤

I think your bottom lip is in proportion to the top lip here. As in it is bigger so give a natural result. You look great!! I’ve book a consultation for Botox at end of the month I’m terrified but I’ve been putting off off forever and I genuinely have age 10 years in the last 5. Wish I started at 25 lol…. 33 in may for reference. I would love fillers but I’m scared I’ll get addicted tbh.

All the rich and famous get Thermage FX - I get it too- you may want to try it! It stimulates collagen and is huge here in the USA. I think you’d love it. Also, you’re beautiful and a champion! ❤
