Was very disappointed with this tile on our garage floor. The installation was very easy and looked great. Left a 1/2” expansion, had a cool night and the house faces the East and with the garage door open by 11am the tile had a number of 3/4” raised joints from expansion. The floor goes back down after the sun is off it. Not sure how long it will hold up to this constant movement.
You could keep your door closed. Does it have to remain open?
@@johnbauer5298 we have windows in the garage doors and this will cause the tile to buckle, if the garage door is open for a shout period of time it will buckle between and under the cars. We ha a couple of 100+ degree days and just the heat in the garage cause joints to raise and buckle and the is with 1/2 gap around the perimeter. Very disappointed with this product and the response for customer service!
Thanks for the heads up. I live in central Florida and during the summer months my garage temps are 100 plus in the heat of the day. I will definitely use another product.
Well I ordered Race Deck tiles and should have them by Friday the 13th of August. Hopefully I’ll have them installed on the 14th. So glad to get rid of the ugly 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮green floor!

I don't have direct sunlight and they still buckle! Also very difficult to keep clean
What do you wipe with to keep it shiny
You can keep tiles clean with mild detergent and soft brush/mop. Most customers will simple hose down with a garden hose, with the garage door open for water to drain out to the driveway. Do not use harsh cleansers.
