Beef roast for a benefit.

My wife and I entered a cook off to support a local family that lost their home to a fire. The contest was anything over rice so we decided to go with a beef roast in the old trusty black iron pot. The food and atmosphere was fantastic and couldn’t have picked a prettier day.
